needs some upgrades

all in all a good place but needs some repairs. More lights in living room for example. would be nice to have a few little things su ch as salt and pepper Stove top is cracked and dishwasher door needs help. beds are comfortable, place was very clean. Wish we would have had the option to heat pool. Hot tub needs major work, doesn't heat well at all and not clean when we arrived but that was taken care of. No garage door opener so couldn't use garage. fix all those little things admit would be excellent. communication was excellent.

A Great Place For A Group

Weekend stay to meet up with old friends. Very nice open layout with plenty of comfortable beds and full kitchen. Pool looked nice but we happened to hit a cold spell so we didn’t use it.

Wasp problem

Clean and comfy. Looks like there may have been a wasp problem indoors…killed 7 and found the queen up on the wood beam in the living room but couldn’t reach. Problem need to get someone in to spray.

Relaxing, quiet, and comfortable

This property was great to facilitate a family get together of seven adults and two children. There were spacious common areas for us all together inside and out while having comfortable individual rooms to retreat to. And the pool was perfect.

Family Memories

Location is great. House layout excellent for seven people. Outside space is great with outside chairs and table. Pool is not heated. Living room furnishings need to be updated.

Quick family trip

Property as advertised and was close to everything we expected. The only issue that I can say is the futon in the living room would only be suited for a young child. Plenty of towels and pool towels available

Extended Christmas getaway

The location of the house is excellent, in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Oracle Road. It was nice that we could use the large garage and the backyard with the pool is great to relax and enjoy the Tucson sunshine. However, the house itself has a few shortcomings. The interior is quite dated, with original doors and cabinets which show their age. For the size of the house, the kitchen is not properly equipped. The ice maker did not work and while a repairman was sent out to fix it, it only worked for one day and then stopped working again. Water glasses and some of the plates were plastic and the rest of the China was of poor quality and insufficient quantities for such a large house. One of the chairs in the dining room was broken and the others were not in the best shape so that we had to use the patio chairs instead. One of the couches in the living room had no support. We practically sat on the floor when we tried to sit on it. Our stay was in December, and we had to turn on the heater in the evening. It was difficult to get an even temperature throughout the house. Some areas were too hot, while others barely warmed up. It was our impression that this location is better suited for summer pool parties rather than a winter stay.

A Beautiful Getaway

We specifically picked this place for the pool and it didn’t disappoint. Location was great for being close to our family in town, and decent proximity to both grocery stores and restaurants. We are a very large family with 8 kids so we had to be creative with the sleeping situation but we made it work. The only downfall we could find was that there wasn’t quite enough seat for us all to eat comfortably in the dining room, but again, we made it work. Overall the house was very clean and they provided plenty of towels for the pool, so that was great.

Birthday visit Mar 14 thru Mar 21

Four of us checked in on March 14. Check in was easy. We found the home very clean and in a delightfully quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the home while there and found it comfortable and spacious. Several other local family members visited us during our stay who were also delighted with the home. On March 17, 4 additional adults joined us at the home. They also found the home comfortable and relaxing. In total, eight adults enjoyed the home for different lengths of time. The owner responded quickly if we had any questions. All of us were in agreement that we wouldn't hesitate to rent the home again in the future, if available.

Great for the whole family

We enjoyed a fantastic spring break with our children and both sets of parents (/Grandparents). The house was just right for all of us. It had everything we needed to explore the beautiful Saguaro National Park and many other parts of Tucson. The orange tree near the pool had a nesting dove with two chicks that we'll remember for a long time.

The location was great! Private location yet very close to restaurants, shops, etc. Super cute, comfortable, and clean with lots of amenities. Great stay!

We liked our stay at this house. It was a bit far from downtown, but the neighborhood was quiet.

It was just about perfect for what we were looking for. This is a group of USC alum (all 45 years old or older) who travel to a different away game each year. There was plenty of room and the place was well appointed. The only downside is that it was during the late fall and cold and with the pool not being heated, it was not usable. Also, there is no BBQ grill or jacuzzi, so while the backyard area was nice looking, for us it was not usable. All in all though, we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend the place.

Great midcentury place

We loved staying at this property. We loved how quiet the location was. Felt like an oasis. The pool was wonderful and refreshing. The property was very clean and the owner was responsive. Would recommend.

We rented the house to BBQ and celebrate my wife’s bday. About 8 people total per night. It would have been nice if there was a pool light and more lighting outside. A couple of items were broken too and that was brought to the attention to the owner. We didn’t have hot water for 1 day but that didn’t kill the vibe. The owner did keep me in communication about the electrical issue with the water heater and It all worked out.
