Maui Sunset is located on the ocean in sunny Kihei on 5.5 beautifully landscaped acres overlooking crystal blue pacific waters. Your island days can be filled with recreation and fun. Swim in Maui Sunset's beautiful pool with a shallow end for small children or enjoy relaxing in the jet spa. This lovely resort also offers two free play tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, putting green, croquet, an exercise room, BBQ grills, etc. Shopping and restaurants are just ten minutes walking distance away. Championship golf courts within a few minutes drive. Watch the sun rise over Haleakala Crater and set in the beautiful blue Pacific.
Our spacious two-bedroom oceanfront unit has 939 sq. ft. enclosed plus a beautiful 150 sq. ft. lanai (perfect for breakfast or lunch) overlooking the ocean. The unit also features two bathrooms both with walk in showers.
Complete stainless kitchen includes: electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, as well as dishware, glassware, silverware, pot & pans, cutlery, etc. This kitchen has been completely upgraded featuring granite counter tops.
Unit is decorated with mirrors and lovely paintings by local artists.
Free wireless internet is in the unit. There is air conditioning in the living room and both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans. Entertainment includes a TV in the living room and in each bedroom.
Our two-bedroom unit has a king-sized bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom, and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room.
All towels and linens are provided including beach towels. Complete laundry facilities in condo include washer, dryer, iron and ironing board and we provide laundry soap. There is also a hair dryer in unit.

Great place to enjoy sunsets, swim and relax. We are dinner on the balcony many nights as we watched the sunset. Had several communications with the host, she was always helpful and prompt. When we go back to Maui, we will stay there again.

This condo had the perfect view from balcony. It had all the essentials for kitchen and other utilities. Definitely recommend to all. The only thing we didn’t expect was the flies , there were too many, although harmless, they were everywhere including kitchen. Please dont harm the flies they are harmless and wont bother you at all. I understand it could be due to the humid climate. Overall one of the best stays!!!

So glad you loved your stay. The flies were caused by the unusual amount of rain that occurred on the island recently. We scheduled pest control to do an extra treatment.

This place was incredible. The three of us were very comfortable in the large space. The sunrises and sunsets were lovely from the lanai or the walkway area. We did not use the pool but it looked great. We are eager to stay again.

Everything was as pictured. The air conditioners worked well and kept the condo at a comfortable temp, day and night. The view was spectacular and we loved our daily walks on the beach, leaving straight from the condo. Mahalo Terry!

This apartment was perfect!! Excellent location, lots of room for my party of 6 and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The pool, the gym, the beach were all great. We of course drove all over the island but there was a lot within walking distance. The host was fast to respond and very pleasant and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.

Beautiful view of the Maui sunsets from the lanai which faces the ocean. Nice walks on the beach. Location centrally located.

Loved the condo and the location. Most comfortable with everything we needed. Plus, magical sunsets as described. Hope to return!

We had a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and space for our family of 5. The condo is a little dated, although bathrooms and kitchen were updated. We enjoyed the little rec area, hot tub, and sunset from the lanai.

Annual Maui trip 2025
Wonderful condo, equipped with everything you need. We used the snorkel gear and had a great snorkel experience. The grounds are beautiful!!!!

The Perfect Place
Our stay at the Maui sunset was nothing short of spectacular! Terry's place has the best view of the sun setting behind the West Maui mountains. The pool was clean and well-kept, the condo had everything we needed to make dinner or breakfast in, we saw sea turtles on the beach directly behind the complex, and Kihei is not only an awesome town but a great jumping off point for all things Maui. What a memorable stay!

Couldn’t get better
Safe area, lots of activities near by. Close to food, shopping, gas. Awesome Sandy beach. Place was very clean, comfortable beds. Great for couples or family. Pool, hot tub and grounds well kept. Centrally located, easy to reach any part of the island.
