Our stay was amazing!The property was well maintained and beautiful. Great location central for all of Maui. Note: this unit has no AC.This place made for an incredible experience for me and my family.Friendly staff, easy parking, clean and comfortable pool and hot tub area easy beach access for some great relaxing walks.We will be back.

Our family loved the view the most. Pickle Balls starts early if you’re into that. The condo was very bright and clean. No AC in condo but fans keep is bearable. Pool was great with lots of lounge chairs, and BBQs.

Great apartment with views to beach and sunset

This was a great experience for my family. We enjoyed the pool and proximity to the beach and central location.

Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay with family

We don’t have one complaint about the unit, or property at all. Everything was perfect for a family of 4. Enjoyed our 8 nights.

We started off the stay with wonderful communication from our host. They made sure we knew what to do and where to go when we checked in. The condo was really nice. The downstairs bathroom was the nicest, but we enjoyed both. We loved waking up in the loft hearing the birds and waking to the natural light. We had a view of the pool, ocean and pickleball courts. It was fun to watch all the players in the morning! It was a nice kept property. Found everything and more for what we needed in the room. Highly recommended to people. I’ve already sent the listing to a few people interested in Maui.

Great beach front property!

I had a great stay at Luana Kai!! My only caveat was not having a/c, but that was probably my fault for not reading the listing more accurately.

Beautiful view

The Condo was so cute, with an amazing view! Our family enjoyed the rental property would highly recommend and would stay again. The hide a bed was stained and under the couch/bed needed to be cleaned and vacuumed but like I said it was beautiful and well stocked, my family will stay here again!

Great option for family stopover doing Hana Highway

Really well appointed property with a really organised host who thought of everything….there’s beach towels provided, even a jug for us Aussie tea drinkers ! We had a relaxing evening after a busy day. Thanks

Beautiful getaway

Loved it all. I was just very disappointed that the jacuzzie was out of commission for 5 days. After bike riding and pickleball and other fun activities, we look forward to a soothing jacuzzi session.

Beautiful Sunsets

Kehei is just beautiful! Easy drive to popular beaches, and a few minute walk to the beach with calm waves. Great place to take kids. We didn't see that there wasn't A/C, just assumed there was. So a little warm in the afternoons (we just went and did things in the afternoon). I give it a 4 star for cleanliness because the floors were really dirty, but everything else was super clean. Would recommend!

Spring Break

We visited from OahuCheck-in, parking was fineThe property has great landscaping; we enjoyed the pool, hot tub, shuffleboard, easy walk to the beach every dayI knew there was a tennis court/Pickleball court straight ahead; I didn’t realize people would be playing from 8 AM until sunset; I am a Pickleball fan but good for others to know in advance I thinkKing bed, twin beds, sofa bed we’re OK; the pillows and towels should be replaced/improved; the kitchen was well equipped other than the cheap coffee makerI appreciated the dishwasher and laundry tablets; As well as the beach chairs, cooler, boogie board, etc. I would have appreciated at least a small soap, shampoo, conditionerThe sunsets were awesome :-)

NO AC, would not have rented if we new there was no AC, brutal at nights, fans were supplied but just left for a noisy evening/sleep. One of the windows that was supposed to help was broken and would not open, sliding door was hard to open and close as well. The condo was nice otherwise.

Nice condo with No AC

Condo was nice. Far walk to the beach. The pics are deceiving. Read the fine print that the condo doesn't have AC. Hopefully they fix the upsairs window situation. They have a 10ft pole with a hook on it that they expect you to stand almost to the top of the stairs to open a window for ventilation. We ended up leaving 2 days early and getting another place. The condo did give us our money back for those 2 days. If they address the ac and the window situation it would be a great place.

The host provided excellent communication and we never had to wait for a reply. The bedding and towels were clean. The floors needed more help as they turned our feet black. I would have mopped if there was a mop and bucket. Rooms were quite toasty but we didn't ask for an air conditioned unit. The views from the room were excellent

You are correct. Not having ac this time of year can be warm. With the windows open, the dirt blows in and the floors get dirty. It's a vicious cycle. We are on site in the front office. Please let us know next time, while you are here and we would be happy to get you a mop or anything else you may need. It was a pleasure having you here! Many thanks.

Loved the location! The staff were extremely nice and helpful. Initially we had booked a third floor walk up with no AC. However, the host contacted us prior to arriving and offered a bottom floor unit with AC at no extra cost. We took that unit and it was great! There is a beautiful yard outside our patio area and then the beach was easily accessible.

Great value for the price. The host accommodated us with an air conditioning unit which turned out to be a life saver. Highly recommend making sure your unit has ac. Overall, the unit was what we hoped it would be and we were very happy with booking there. Would return!
