This spacious retreat offers incredible Gulf views and is designed for relaxation and comfort. The master suite features a king bed and private balcony access, while the second bedroom includes 2 queen beds, and the third room has a twin bed and a full bed, ideal for families or groups. With plenty of seating options, the balcony is the perfect spot to have morning coffee and dolphin watching! The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. There is seating for six in the dining area along with seating for four at the kitchen bar!

Great location

We enjoyed the location of the condo. The kitchen could use some updated stuff and the master shower does not drain good. The patio furniture could use some new cushions. Overall we enjoyed our time there.

Great space but lacking in some areas

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I want to start off by saying that I’m extremely picky with my expectations but overall the condo was “nice”. The biggest issue we ran into were that there was NO BROOM! There was a vacuum in the condo but if you’ve ever tried to vacuum up a lot of sand with a vacuum, you know how difficult it can be. The other big thing was just how NOT WELL the condo was stocked with normal kitchen essentials. You would think there would be at the bare minimum salt and pepper but no, only a few packets previous tenants had left behind. The microwave only worked if you held the door with your hand, which in all fairness, we didn’t alert the owner of because it wasn’t that big a deal and didn’t want some random repairman in the condo without us there, so we decided to not bring it to their attention. Another irritating thing was the “economy” toilet flush. Never seen one of these in my life but the attempt at saving water ended up having the complete opposite effect because you’d have to flush the toilet 2-4 times to get it to all go down. Then the kitchen overhead light had been replaced with a smaller light, which left a hole in the ceiling. One of the sprinklers on the living room wall had the same thing, open hole around it. I just think for this level of quality being described, things like the above wouldn’t be an issue. Another MAJOR problem we ran into, which in fairness was not the owners fault, is that there seemed to be a whopping THREE carts for the entire building. With over 60 rooms, and everyone typically checking in and checking out at the same times on the same days, you’d expect there to be at least 1 for every 3 floors or so. We spent over an hour waiting on a cart on the day of check out which meant the cleaners showed up before we ever got our bags out of the room. Overall it was an ok condo but we’ve always stayed next door at the Ocean Villa and never have anything to co

Great place to anchor down

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this 3 bdrm condo for 4 days. Good location on the main strip. Walmart is literally right down the road, as well as a coffee shop across the street.Parking was tight right next to the condo ( your parking spot is right in front of the building)and there is also extra parking across the street.The unit was clean, but bring essentials like paper towels, toilet paper and trash bags.The view is awesome off the huge balcony, and there is plenty of room to move around in the unit.Be aware that at the time of this writing, they are adding another elevator, which is needed. More than once, we had to wait long periods of time for the elevator.It was clean, centrally located, and quiet.

Great communication with property management company. Only negative scenario happened with us was someone else condo above us making a loud noise of balcony fence or AC unit due to windy atmosphere throughout our stay. Only 1 Working Elevator 🤷🏻‍♂️

Be prepared for 30-45 minute waits to use elevator or, for us, to climb 10 flights of stairs anytime we left our unit. FYI - there has only been one working elevator for the last year but this isn’t advertised anywhere

Girls Trip

We came from Illinois for a girls trip and this property and beach were exactly as we expected if not better!!! The property was perfect for 6 of us, especially with the 3 full bathrooms!!! The white sand on the beach was amazing!! The only bad thing about it was a constant hammering we kept hearing, it wasn't too awfully loud tho, and we were told they were doing construction to replace the elevators. We would definitely recommend this property and look forward to a return visit!!!

The parking is not well described. The city parking price was not the rate we was told, and their should have been room for a second vehicle to park for each room in the assigned area across the road. Would have been better if someone was their to greet us and answer our questions instead of texting. Paying extra for cleaning when we had to to do our own laundry instead of being brought fresh towels was taking time away from doing other things. The condo was beautiful and in a great place.

Family trip 2022

GET NEW CLEANING PEOPLE

The parking is terrible. Believe what you read in the reviews. After we figure out where to park we unload and go up to the condo. It was DIRTY. Not the picky I need everything spotless type either. I mean poop stains in the toilets, sand and crumbs all over the floor, food in the frig and freezer, and trash under the beds dirty. Once we got over that and cleaned it ourselves we could enjoy the condo. The balcony and pictures are accurate and perfect. We rented this condo for the balcony and view and spent the majority of our non beach time there. Then the painting started. Which shut down the pool ALL day until after 5pm for multiple days. What building does that kind of maintenance during peek season?? They were shutting down balconies too but thankfully we checked out before they reached ours. Seriously if it wasn't for the parking, uncleanliness, and maintenance we would stay again, but I don't think I will ever give it a second chance!

Beautiful Large Balcony

Condo was good…well stocked kitchen. The balcony is awesome! Inside could use some TLC but nothing that will hurt your vacation stay. Location is convenient to shopping and dining. Parking is difficult even with 1 assigned spot, especially if you drive a large vehicle! If you have more than 1 car… good luck finding a spot in the overflow!

Condo was great

We loved the size of the condo and the balcony is a huge plus. Close enough that we sat on the balcony and could feel the wind and hear the waves that we didn't always go to the beach. Parking is not fun. Garage and spaces are super tight. Hard to find a spot even with a space disignated to the unit. The second part of the week a loud noise (which kept getting worse) drove us crazy. At first we thought it was floors being sanded above us but then it kept getting louder where it sounded like a plane taking off. I am glad I didn't have small children that had to nap because it could have kept them awake.
