Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great place to stay

We had a great time. This is one of the best condos in the area, with the best views of sunrises and sunsets.

Great location!!

Breathtaking view! Just steps to the gorgeous beach. There are some things to improve on however the unit was overall clean and comfortable.

Super nice place.

You have everything you need. However i did not liked the fact that you cant use your own umbrella on the beach. If you want to use one you have to rent their's. Its kinda expensive too

Second time staying at Emerald Tower. Love the location. Walmart and restaurants are close. The view is great. Private beach and swimming pool.

Paradise

My friends and I had a wonderful time on the beach. Condo was well stocked. Everything we needed in the kitchen. I can't say enough about the view. I would stay at Emerald Towers again.

Family adventures

We are first timers and really enjoyed our time there. The ability to open the sliding doors to hear the ocean was the best part and was so relaxing. Wish the check in time was earlier especially after a long flight. We would definitely stay again.

Short vacation

Great location and nice condo. Bathrooms need to be updated and instructions were needed got the living room tv. Overall, a good value

Oceanfront condo in heart of Destin! Spacious 2 bedrooms with own bathrooms, one walks out to dec...

Loved the view and big bedrooms! Pool was nice & clean-more laid back unlike so many rules as other places. Enjoyed my stay by blue ocean! Master bath needs tub drain corrected is only complaint, would go again!

We loved the view and for the most part the condo except for a few things. The couches are a joke and need replaced they are too small and very uncomfortable. Also a table for the balcony would be great. With only 2 chairs it wasn’t possible to enjoy our group together on the balcony .

First timers

We loved the view! Very clean and mostly everything was provided, except a bottle opener for my wine! Not the worst problem to have. There were plenty of towels and they even provided a few small toiletries. Being on the 6th floor we barely heard anyone ever above or below us. One day we did stay in due to weather and I did have trouble figuring out the tv, it wasn’t just a click and go kind of thing so I gave up. One small dislike was the king bed in the master was pretty squeaky and not that comfortable.

Not for older people

It is in serious need of maintenance. Some doors don't work . Tuns are too deep and slippery for seniors. Many light switches don't seem to have any function. No instructions for the tv's, etc. Really looks rundown. Encountered a cockroach on the kitchen counter. Grease splatters on the side of the refrigerator. Will never stay at this property again.

No curtains!

No curtains in the master suite. Even though it was the sixth floor it was awkward for us in the master with people wanting to sit on the balcony early with no curtains on the balcony door. Called the front desk which gave me another number to call who said they would notify the correct people. Never heard back from anyone or got any curtains.

The listing was inaccurate

The listing had outdated appliances and things that didn't work and couldn't be fixed during my stay. It was overpriced for what was offered. The couch was stained. Also the construction was horrible mad the parking limited. The beach rules are not clear and you're limited where you can place your chairs on the beach. If they want you to rent a umbrella set up then it should be included with every rental. My family and I wasn't trying to put up an umbrella but just wanted to sit closer to the water and wasn't able too. We will not stay here again

Fall Break Stay

The room was very clean and beautiful. We loved the view and the balcony. The elevator was very fast and the building itself was not busy. However, we did have a couple of issues with the condo such as the the couches being uncomfortable, the bathtub being difficult to get in and out of, and the beds being very hard and uncomfortable. For the couches, the couches themselves were uncomfortable and the pillows filled with feathers kept poking us and we eventually had to put them on the kitchen table. The bathroom doors were very narrow and we kept bumping our shoulders into them when we walked in. Some of the members in our party are 5 foot and below and we basically had to straddle the bathtub to get in and out of it. The bathtub didn't have any handholds or any of the safety non-slip grips on the bottom of the tub. Lastly, the beds were very hard and made sleeping uncomfortable. Not only that, but the decorative pillows in the master suite had stains on them. Also, the washer/dryer made loud squeaking noises when we used it. I hate to make bad reviews, especially when the room itself is so beautiful and clean, but I wanted to be honest about the issues that we experienced. The location was great and close to so many things and the sand was so pretty and white. I just think the condo needs a little work.

Great complex room was iffy

It stated it could sleep 6 people. We had 5 and it was a little cramped. There was only an air mattress for the other guest and it didn't work. Otherwise great vacation. I probably wouldn't stay in this room again just because of space. We should've gotten the 3 bedroom.condo complex was clean and near everything.
