The location was good. The place was spacious and mostly clean. The few issues we had were the fold out bed mattress is outdated and uncomfortable (can feel every spring) and the floor could use a deep cleaning (left black on feet or socks). Overall, though, would stay again, just not of needing to use the sofa bed.

Very clean with great views. Deck with river sounds was best part. Beds were a little hard. Very nice with dedicated parking spot in shade with elevator.

Spacious condo with many amenities. We enjoyed the covered balcony next to Roaring Fork Creek every morning and evening. There was an issue with the assigned parking space, but the host found us another space to use during our stay. Communication was really good with host and both check-in amd check-out processes were easy. We appreciated that the host left National Park tour guides in the unit for use. We saw a few bears from the balcony during our 4 day stay.It is easy walking distance to to the Gatlinburg Trolley stops.

We enjoyed staying at this property - we spent Thanksgiving with friends. Easy walk to Gatlinburg and convenient to other places/adventures.

Overall the unit was as advertised. Excellent. Our stay was well timed as there was not any crowds anywhere and the weather was perfect. Definitely worth stay again and will also recommend to friends and family. Suggestions:Convert the Jacuzzi tub to a walk in shower. The on-suite bathroom toilet has a mild flush and runs occasionally. The front door light shines brightly into the second bedroom.

We had a wonderful 5 days! The accommodations were spacious, well stocked and very clean. We had everything we needed. The check in process was effortless and communication with the owner was amazing. We are looking forward to our next visit.

The location of this condo is excellent! It was just a short drive to the main strip but away from most of the crowds. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the stream. I’ve never seen such a big kitchen in a condo! I felt like we had so much space! The gas fireplace was so warm and cozy on the cool mornings as we sipped our coffee. There’s an elevator so you don’t have to carry luggage up stairs. We had a great stay and would stay here again!
