Hanalei Bay Resort Front Desk Fees: $50 guest check in fee, plus a reservation fee of $6.75, plus $25/day and $20/day/car + GET & TAT Tax. Please note this is a separate transaction with the guest and the front desk, subject to change and beyond our control.

Hanalei Bay Resort overlooks Hanalei Bay from a tropical, lush 28 acres in Princeville. Beautiful ocean and Bali Hai views are everywhere on this property. Beach access is provided down a long, fair grade, paved path, and the resort staff offer convenient golf cart rides to the beach below. With four new artificial turf and two new hard courts as well as 6 new pickleball courts added to this world ranked tennis resort, everyone is sure to find their groove. Onsite restaurant, pizza oven, and coffee shop, concierge and fitness center, there is little need to ever leave!

Privately located at the end of the resort, this connecting, lock off, studio will be your great escape! Island views will be yours to enjoy right from the lanai making for wonderful outdoor living. This spacious studio will accommodate with a king bed, a small kitchenette with a mini fridge, blender, coffee maker, dishes and flatware. If you want to cookout, the onsite BBQ's are only a few steps away by the round pool. This studio can be rented with the adjoining one bedroom unit to accommodate 4 additional guests. The onsite amenities will keep you busy with 2 swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis, a fitness center, a fire pit arena and the bar/lounge with live music to set the mood. This unit is a decent walk from the parking area, adding to the tropical experience. The resort staff are happy to provide rides to and from your car.

Stay at Hanalei Bay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, we paid for a two nights stay at the Hanalei Bay resort but our trip got canceled due to Lala and we could not get a refund on the beautiful room we selected. They gave us a room without the beautiful view and I have to say the room was not clean. There were dirty coffee cups no coffee you have to bring your own and the only place to wash anything would be in the bathroom sink so I’m assuming that’s where they rinse out the coffee cups from the previous guests. The room was dusty and did not appear to have been cleaned very well. It was just for one night so we were OK with getting through but for a resort that beautiful I would expect a lot more in any of their rooms especially for the price you pay.

This property was lovely. The room was little older than I thought it would be, but nice. The Hanalei Bay was wonderful, everyone was very kind and accommodating there and location can not be beat! Had a few issues and called the prop company and the lady tried her best to help me. Only one caveat was the extra price you pay for fees (resort fee, check in fee etc) at Hanelai Bay Resort. They did disclose this, but at first I thought the property was cheaper than it actually was. Plan on it being way more than what you think will be in the end. Overall, we will be back and enjoy this lovely property.

Had a great time! Resort was very clean and had great amenities including two nice pools. It is very hilly but they offer golf cart pickups for getting around. Wifi and cell signal can be spotty at times. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location

This little place is in a perfectly location at the end of the building. The lanai has a great view where we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast.

Perfect Vacation Spot

My husband and I had a great time at the Hanalei Bay Resort! Perfectly located in Princeville, all of the sights and restaurants that we wanted to go to on the north shore were only a short drive away. We also watched the most amazing sunset while staying in this unit!

Great view and property

The place was perfect for a week getaway. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the property had way more amenities than we expected. The room also came with beach chairs and snorkeling gear which was a plus.

Would definitely recommend

Really enjoyed my stay here. The property is really beautiful. They have an amazing beach for snorkeling. The room feels slightly dated but the view from the balcony makes up for it. The location of the room is at the end of the property but we didn’t mind the walk and they also provided free pickup and drop off service.

Slice of paradise

This lock off unit is perfect for couples. Unit has a beautiful view of Hanalei bay. We spent many nights watching the sunset from the lanai. The property is beautiful and lush and perfectly located. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

It was perfect I guess:)

Despite the annoying sounds the chickens constantly make at all hours of the day and night, and the 2 AM party next door, we loved it and would come again! The room and accommodations were perfect and as described. Thanks:)

Great stay at HBR!

We had a wonderful stay at HBR. It was nice to have a mini fridge with a top freezer area and a blender in the condo. The unit itself was not very clean (many many dead bugs all over the windows and ground), and dirty dishes when we arrived, but otherwise nice stay with great amenities and responsive hosts.

Perfect for 2!

The unit we rented was perfect for our return to Hanalei Bay Resort! Although it was the farthest from the parking lot, we loved the privacy and direct view of the Bay and Bali Hi!! The unit was in great condition and had everything we needed! Thanks!

The views are exceptional and the location within the resort allows for more privacy than others. There are the bell boys on site with golf carts if you do want to be driven to the unit instead of walking. Please come again!

HBR with great view

We've stayed at HBR several times. This unit is a quiet end unit with great views. Unfortunately, the unit is very small compared to other units and does not have a kitchenette

Beautiful Sunset Views at a Charming Resort

Views from the lanai of Hanalei Bay and Bali Hai are exceptional. The unit itself is a little outdated and could use a little love but it’s totally fine. The resort has a bit of an old-school field and I say that in the best way… We really like this place and would go back. The pool is exceptional
