While only 5 minutes from downtown Waynesville, the townhome is nestled on a private wooded hillside. Our property offers all the necessary amenities, including linens, a laundry room, fully equipped kitchen, big porch with outdoor dining set and a gas grill. The comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom ensures a good night's rest. The guest room also has a king-sized bed. The open concept of the renovated kitchen allows you to spend more time with the family while cooking. Open the windows for the cool breezes and enjoy the sound of Lickstone Creek!

Long Weekend

We love Staying here!! It is a hidden gem. Very clean, quiet and beautiful mountain views. We have stayed with this host multiple times and she never disappoints.

Beautiful Beyond My Imagination

This was one of the nicest condo/cabins I've ever stayed. I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Quiet, peaceful, clean, nicely decorated and a beautiful get a way.

Great place.

Clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay. The owners are great. The kitchen was very well equipped. The beds are good, which is important to us. Nice bathrooms. One of our favorite things was the decks. Very nice. We will be back.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME

This is one of the most comfortable, cleanest and modern rentals we have ever booked! It is equipped with anything you could possibly need inside and out. Furniture is very comfortable and host even provided an extra TV for us. Very accommodating! Highly recommend this unit!

pretty and quiet

I enjoyed staying at the property. Anything we would have at home,was provided by our hostess,Aida.The kitchen was stocked with everything from pots and pans to coffee. Would recommend to anyone. The instructions provided by Aida were clear and detailed for checking in and checking out.

Easy, convenient, clean

This is a great alternative to a hotel room. Lots of space, a kitchen and well appointed. It is located less than 10 min, to the BRP and close to downtown. The price can't be beat. It even has some spices, kitchen soaps, and paper products. Nice job all around.

Newly Renovated Townhouse

We absolutely loved the townhouse. From the moment we stepped inside we could smell how clean it was and saw how neat and organized it was. We used the back bedroom - bed was comfortable and bathroom had all amenities we’d ever need. We didn’t cook but kitchen also had anything we would have needed. Townhouse was only about 10 minutes to downtown Waynesville which we thoroughly enjoyed exploring. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for us!

The home was absolutely perfect for our needs. Large porch with a beautiful view to enjoy. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. King size beds in both bedroom. The home is very close to town for dining or shopping. Very cute downtown. House was very clean. We felt right at home. It was everything and more that we had hoped for.

Home away from home!

It was almost like being at home. The closest thing to home comfort we’ve found in Waynesville. Very spacious and inviting. Everything we needed or wanted was provided. The only thing we were not happy with was the non-refundable damage “insurance policy” you had to pay before you could book this property. Hopefully, that won’t apply for repeat guests. Otherwise, we could not have been more pleased with this property. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

Not a place for short people.

The property was really nice. However the beds were extremely high with no step stool to assist with getting up on the bed. Also any time you used the water for any reason the pipes hammered really loud. Thought there was something wrong until we figured it out.

Waynesville trip

The accommodations were spacious, well appointed, and immaculate. The kitchen was well stocked with every thing needed to enjoy a meal at home. The owner took time and thought in the decor, the linens, and the dishes. The cabin was very comfortable, wood was provided for the fireplace, And the bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo, body wash, and ample towels. Checkout was fast and simple, and we were on the road without any problems. We met the owner when we checked in at the property and she was extremely cordial and accommodating. She was friendly and made herself available if we had any problems. I do not have one negative thing to say about our stay at this property. It was wonderful.

Wonderful place

This townhome was just lovely. It is very private and very clean. The king bed was comfortable and the place is fully stocked with everything you’d need. The location was great. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return soon.
