Connie is a wonderful host. She was very kind, helpful, and responded very quickly. The cottage looks just like the photos. It's cute, comfortable, and has everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again. 10 out of 10!!!Thank you!

Connie is an amazing host. The property is beautiful, great location, and we had a fantastic 6 weeks stay. Very clean, with a great laundry room and updated kitchen. The two master bedrooms fit our need perfectly.

Great location!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location for anything! It was really clean, very comfortable bed too! Definitely recommend!

I can't say enough about this charming house. It's nicely updated while keeping the old charm. Nicely appointed it had everything we needed and more. Comfortable beds and furniture. We spent 6 weeks here and were very comfortable, it felt so homey. The front porch and back patio were very nice. The location is great. Connie is a wonderful host. If we return to Prescott in the future this is where I want to stay.

Anniversary trip

Comfortable historic home minutes from Prescott square. We always enjoy being able to cook most of our meals, and the kitchen was fully equipped.

Perfect Cottage

This cottage was perfect for our stay in Prescott. It was one the cleanest and most comfortable VRBO's we've stayed in. Colleen was very pleasant, easy to work with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellant Cottage

Great place to stay! Location and pictures in the ad are accurate. Owner communicated very well and had all the amenities you could want for a short (or long) stay. Would definitely like to come back!

Great proximity to downtown

Perfect place for two couples. Two bedrooms each with its own bath. Short walk to all the fun downtown. Would stay again. Thanks Connie.

Love the house, and love the host more

Great location, adorable home, clean and comfy. Connie is a DOLL. She met us at the house to check in and gave us great recommendations. location is perfect. would definitely stay there again!!

Very clean and beautiful home

Connie’s home is extremely clean, and has everything you need. You can walk to Whiskey Row in 10 minutes. A great property, highly recommended.

Very Satisfied Guests

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in and we have been using VRBO for over 25 years. Connie was a wonderful host and extremely helpful. This is a great location and walking distance to the square. We will definitely rent this again

The home was exactly as pictured! It was spotless. The decor was spot on. There was everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Washer & dryer worked very well. We also used the iron & ironing board. It was also a nice floor plan as the bedrooms were separated by the living area. The host was just fantastic to work with! She answered all my questions within minutes; and was very accommodating as well. I'd give her 15 stars out of 10 if I could!!!
