I have lived in the downtown historic area for 16 years and have loved every minute. The historic Town and historic neighborhoods are so great to live in . There are so many things going on all of the time.
I have remodeled many historic bungalows in the original townsite, in fact I owned one of the very first homes built down town . It was built in 1883.

I loved this property because of its location to the Yavapai County Courthouse . It was such a cute property that needed some TLC, so we remodeled it and made it a beautiful addition to the downtown area.
