This is a very nice guest house. It was clean, well stocked and as described. The views were awesome and it was a short drive to hiking trails and to town. Would rent it again.

Good location with great views. Well stocked kitchen with everything we needed. Great communication by host, enjoyed the deck with coffee in the mornings.

Place was great, clean and comfortable. View was incredible. The only thing missing for long stays was a washer/ dryer.

This property is great. The views are incredible and the serene area is so nice to relax. The host was very quick to respond when we couldn’t find the house at first. It’s clean, comfortable and quiet.

Five Stars!We had a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate, with stunning views that made every morning feel like a retreat. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. It’s clear the hosts have thought of every detail. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope to return!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this roomy, very well stocked, and tastefully decorated cabin/guest quarter. Very comfortable beds. The large, elevated deck surrounded by big Ponderosas and boulders afforded a fantastic view of Prescott city lights after dark! The comfortable outdoor seating lets you kick back and enjoy the stars and the fresh air. It felt very private, and the five to ten minute drive down to main street was charming. One morning, while having coffee on the deck, a big, beautiful buck deer in full velvet wandered by. What a treat! If you enjoy views, fresh air, peace, and close proximity to the restaurants and night life of Prescott - this is a gem!Eva, Sierra Vista, Arizona

This was an excellent getaway. Located just the right distance from the square. Nice, clean, and quiet! Plenty of space and a wonderful view. We will definitely be back!

Very ,very nice and comfortable. Fantastic view , quiet neighborhood. One of the nicer vrbo’s that I have stayed at. Dog friendly with a very nice dog park a few miles away. We went antique shopping and found some goodies! Kitchen was well equipped. I highly recommend . Thank you for letting us stay!

Great views from a perfect location

We loved this spacious accommodation overlooking most of the main town of Prescott. The views were stellar from a central hub looking to Thumb Butte in the west, to Prescott High School in the north, to Bucky's Casino in the east.... a perfect location, close to town, restaurants, shopping and tourist areas. Pristinely clean with easily accessible doggie run. Just a very pleasant experience. We will be back.

Very nice property. There are stairs outside to go to the place which is difficult for older folks like us. The cords for the blinds are not working and could stand to be replaced. Well stocked kitchen.

The place was as advertised, beautiful and well stocked and equipped. The patio and the view was amazing!Our only disappointment was with the patio. The main reason we chose this place was the patio and the views. We love to sit on the deck in the afternoon and enjoy the views and read a book. Unfortunately, the large umbrella shown on the deck in the photos is still there, but without fabric and not functional. There is a very small, lightweight umbrella for use on the deck. However, if there is the slightest breeze, it is unusable. The deck faces west and without any shade, it is too exposed and hot to enjoy. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. The home was comfortable, clean and met all our needs. We also loved that it is pet friendly!
