From Thanksgiving to Christmas and beyond there are many events in town including Parades, Acker Night, The Lighting at The Courthouse and more. Visit Beautiful Downtown Prescott at our Adorable Historical Farmhouse. Originally built in 1914, it was moved from Jerome, Arizona to its current location in the Historic District of Downtown Prescott. We are in a perfect location.... 1/2 block from Mt. Vernon St. and a short walk to the Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Recently remodeled, our home maintains it's old world charm with new world comforts. It is outfitted with 2 Queen Beds, 1 King Size Bed, and 1 Futon Couch upstairs which is also a twin bed. Each bedroom has a small desk/work space. The Kitchen has been updated and has all amenities for cooking a meal for your family and friends. There is also a Kitchenette upstairs, 2 Bathrooms (one upstairs with shower & one downstairs which has a clawfoot tub + shower), New Paver Outdoor Patio with dining (seating comfortably for 10). BBQ, Fire TV's, WIFI, A Lovely Front Porch & Upstairs Deck for lounging with Coffee or Wine. Located just a short walk to Prescott's Courthouse Square where everything happens from Art & Craft Fairs, Antiquing, Car Shows, Motorcycle Rallies, Micro-Brewery & wine tasting events, Parades and Concerts in the Park. Restaurants, shops and the FAMOUS Whiskey Row are all right there too! Watson, Willow, Granite, Goldwater & Lynx Lakes are short 10 minute drives for kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing or just a lovely picnic.
