A 1914 farmhouse but it has been refurbished to a high standard. Congratulations to our hosts on a great job.We had 5 adults stay. Upstairs is actually an apartment that has a bedroom, sitting area. Kitchenette and a balcony with a bar table and stools that let you look over the street. It is really a great rental. Also handy for downtown which is great to walk around, eat, shop etc.We really enjoyed it and highly recommend it.Thanks for a wonderful time.

The cutest place and was fantastic for our family outing (a graduation celebration). Love the keyless locks and the checkin was easy. The outdoor areas are nice and front porch is welcoming (and the neighbors all say hello when walking by). Thanks

Great hosts. Very communicative and attentive, making sure everything was perfect for our stay. The location was excellent, the space was exactly the right size for our needs, and the easy parking was a huge plus.

Just a couple blocks from downtown. We absolutely loved the location. Close enough for a short brisk walk to downtown and far enough away to enjoy a quiet historic neighborhood. Perfect little get away. Would definitely come back!

Best porch for morning coffee

We loved our stay. The front porch was a great place to visit and people watch. We enjoyed the backyard too! The house is nicely decorated with many special touches.

The House was immaculate and so cute! It's a quarter mile to Whiskey Row and featured two downstairs bedrooms, a downstairs living room and kitchen, and even had a basket full of local menus. On the top floor is a full suite with a private entrance. Home infirmation, Wifi, and a welcome message (which made us feel at home) were front center and easy to find. The only downside is that both Google and Wayze pinned the location as two blocks away in the 200 address block (again, at no fault of the owners). Just head back up Willis a couple blocks and you run right into it! We will be repeat visitors!

Mommy getaway

This was the most adorable home. Perfect for three moms looking for a little R&R. Located in a beautiful historic district and walking distance to the courthouse and whiskey row!

Great property / Very comfortable

The Farmhouse over delivered for our weekend stay. It was immaculately clean, fully furnished, and very well organized. Great communication with the owner, and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Prescott.

Christmas Getaway

We have stayed at the Historical Farmhouse several times and it never disappoints. This trip was to take part in the Christmas Market at the Square and Mortimer Farms Christmas Dinner & Show. The location of the house is awesome and so comfortable. Will definitely be back!

Christmas visit

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is impeccably clean and efficiently laid out. It has everything you need and is extremely comfortable. Would rent it again in a heartbeat
