7 out of 5 stars. Super spectacular home and the hosts were wonderful and extremely accomodating. We had family in town from all over the country for a funeral. Many who had never met. Lifetime memories were forged and a lot of it had to do with the quality of the home and the uplifting spirit of the hosts. We will be recommending this property to everyone. I just can't say enough nice things about our hosts and their beautiful home! Thanks guys! It was AWESOME!

This home is top notch and a great value. It is always very clean and is very pet friendly. Everything from check in to check out is convenient and I highly recommend it. I look forward to staying here again.

It was easy to arrange the stay and the host was very friendly and full of helpful information over the phone. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated having a separate living room and a family room for when someone wanted to watch a different tv show or wanted quiet to be able to read. The "family room" was well stocked w/games, books and activities for kids. Two of the bdrms had large comfortable king beds. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and eating! The location was convenient and it was in a nice neighborhood. You will get some exercise going up the steps from the street! All in all we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the helpfulness of the host.

The house was perfect for my dog. Very pet friendly. So many simple things were taken care of for us. It made the stay very comfortable and homey.

Great family place!

We enjoyed our stay so much. It was a great location close to everything. The yard was perfect for our dogs. We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was very clean, it was in a great location and communication with the owner was very easy. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Very nice place! Great hosts!

Perfect for a business weekend and some fun too with teenager and little kids too! Enjoyed the backyard and weather a great deal!

Another great stay!

This was our 4th stay at the Treetop and it doesn’t disappoint. Great location, great hosts, great views, great for pets! We love it and will keep coming back! Thanks again!

We truly enjoyed our escape from the valley heat to this cute little home above the trees! Charming decor with very comfortable furniture and beds (so important!), it was perfect for a relaxing, quiet getaway. There were only 2 of us and our pup, but there’s an extra large, separate family room if needed that’s just perfect for movie nights! There are 2 large TVs which is very thoughtful. The bathrooms are updated from the photos. The home was very clean throughout, including the interior of the fridge, inside cabinets and appliances, which is so appreciated!We loved opening the windows and enjoying the breezes, birds chirping, and the tree top and mountain views! At night the city lights just sparkle in the hills against the dark sky. It rained the entire time we were there - and we didn’t mind! - but the last morning we were able to sit outside in the lovely, private backyard for breakfast and then take a long walk before heading back down to the valley heat. It’s the little things that make the difference! There are enough chairs outside in the backyard and in the front to find your quiet, relaxing spot!The home is in an ideal location in a quiet and lovely neighborhood with trees, just perfect for walks, yet super close to downtown and all the restaurants, stores and events. It was incredibly quiet at night and we slept comfortably through the nights. The hosts were incredibly responsive to us and at the last minute accommodated us for an extra night! Stay!

Amazing place!

I was impressed with how much hospitality the owners provide to their guests. The house has everything you need and their is plenty of room to have a great time with friends and family! I hope to visit again soon.

Great lacation

Tree Top House was a great place to stay. The location is very close to downtown Prescott and Linda is a fantastic host. We plan to be back.

Great place close to downtown

The place was close to downtown. There was lots of room and it was very clean. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Dog friendly home

Nice fenced backyard for the dogs. We had everything we needed for a nice relaxing stay. Very good communication with the host. Great location close to town.
