Perfect in every way! Close enough to Cornell, but far enough that it feels very serene. Quiet, clean apartment with comfortable, firm beds (a plus for someone with a bad back). Loved having coffee and watching the deer stroll through the property.

This beautiful and tranquil apartment was the perfect location for our visit to Ithaca. Sabine was an incredible host who thought of every special touch. From the fresh flowers to the snacks in the kitchen to the beautiful decor, all was perfect. We hope to return!

Such a great apartment! Everything was clean and well stocked. Sabine was a great host who was very friendly and always available. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was easy to use. The location was great too - just a few minutes down the highway to downtown Ithaca, a minute from Ithaca College and less than 10 to Cornell. There was even a nice covered seating area. We'd definitely stay here again if we were in town for another visit.

The apartment was incredibly clean. The location was excellent - near Buttermilk Falls State Park and a short drive to downtown Ithaca. Great for kids. Wonderful stay!

Great place to stay for a small family in a great location! The home was very clean and had a lot of great amenities in the kitchen and bathroom. It’s a quick drive to Ithaca and all the state parks in the area. Sabine was a great host! Very responsive and kind. We would definitely stay here again

This is truly a hidden gem. So much care and attention was put into this unit. Absolutely lovely spot, comfortable beds, very stocked kitchen and bath, so many little touches to make it feel like home. Sabine was easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this unit to any9ne. Very wonderful place!

This was the nicest rental I’ve stayed in. Spotless clean, very modern but cozy, a beautiful patio, modern kitchen and even some snacks and water. Sabine was very communicative and a great host. We would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! It was very comfortable for the two of us. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed. Sabine, our host, provided fresh flowers, and snacks that she had stocked in the kitchen. The covered and uncovered patio faced out to a very private beautiful backyard. Several times we saw deer crossing the yard. We enjoyed sitting out on the patio late afternoon after doing one of the many beautiful hikes in the area. We would definitely stay here again and the Ithaca area was a great base to tour the Finger Lakes.

This place this the very best VRBO we have ever been to. The owner has furnished it with modern appliances and carefully chosen decorations. It is located about 3 miles from center city Ithaca but feels like it’s in the country. Don’t miss reserving this place as your base for exploring the Finger Lake region.

Best location for any event at Ithaca College! Short drive to IC and the Commons. Host was responsive and helpful. Home is nicely decorated and has modern amenities. Home was well stocked with thoughtful touches like fresh flowers.

Great location

We lived this place and would definitely stay there again! Perfectly located to town and also so many places to hike. It was private and beautiful and very well stocked.
