Outstanding accommodations, this property is within walking distance to all amenities. Me and my guests were very happy with our visit. It was very clean with a nice view of the inlet. This place will not disappoint. Thanks again StacyVictor and guests

Location was awesome!Views from balconies were great!Furniture and amenities were old and dated. Mattresses were beyond life span. No comfortable living room furniture. Only 1 small tv available. Not very clean - dishes needed to be rewashed, vents were moldy and dusty.

Great location and perfect fit for our family needs. Just some basic cleaning supplies missing like a mop or anything to wipe up some cooking spills. Paper towels were there, but no cleaners. Overall a great place and great communication!

Location was fantastic!! Loved the outdoor views, dock and pool access. Very nice property, however could use some upgraded living room furniture. Kitchen was lacking in the glassses, pots & pans, utensils, so could use some updates there. Overall, we really liked the location and renting a golf cart for the week made it even better. We would stay again! Owner was very responsive to any messages and sent someone to change batteries in the door lock during the week.

Such a cute condo! Great view, 2 doors down from the pool. Stacy was fantastic, she answered all of our questions. Would definitely stay again. Our family had a great weekend, thanks again!

Overall we really enjoyed the property! The layout of the condo worked well for our group of 6. We loved having the pool so close and watching the sunsets, dolphins and boats at the river. We did opt to rent a golf cart (which I recommend doing in advance of your trip because we almost didn't get one) because the 10 minute walk to the beach is a bit much for our gear and group. The host responds quickly the messages.Only complaints would be the cleanliness and obvious wear and tear that would be easy fixes. It was apparent that the cleaners had not vacuumed carpets before we arrived and there was mold around one of the tubs. There was a dirty towel in the washer and I decided it best to go ahead and wash all of the towels provided when it was obvious a couple were brand new and hadn't been cleaned. There were not enough wash cloths provided to us so maybe bring your own in case.

The thermostat was set to not go below 70 degrees and the house rules said not to set below 72. It was very warm in the condo and the weather was not even warm. Would be very hot during summer. The condo was dusty under beds. Closet door was down and lying in the floor in the upstairs bedroom when we arrived. The condo needs some TLC.

Overall, Stacy's place was very nice. The house was perfect for a few couples looking to get away for the weekend. Having three separate bedrooms and baths was perfect. The townhouse was very clean and within walking distance of Center Street with all that Folly Beach has to offer. Day trips to Charleston are only 30 minutes by car. I would highly recommend Stacy's place.

Great sunset views

We will definitely rent again. Clean, convenient to downtown and beach, fishing and sunbathing ready, reading on the porch, really comfortable beds - it was all wonderful!

Needs some updates but overall it was fine. The couch and chairs in the living room are not comfortable and have some age on them. The patio furniture was old and worn. The kitchen table was worn and not level. The mattresses were all good. The pull out couch of course isn't comfortable and there was no sheets for it. The parking isn't ideal. The carport wasn't tall enough for our large Tahoe so we had to park outside of the condo area on a residential side street and one of us had to walk to get it when we needed it. It was hard to open the doors to the vehicles in the car port just due to space and the fact that the trash cans were also there. So we had to let people get out of the car before we parked under the car port. The sinks didn't drain water well but not sure if that was just due to the elevation or what. Overall it was ok but could use some TLC.

Phenomenal vacation spot!

We had a wonderful time here. Communication was great with our host. We loved the location, we walked to town and the beach every day, enjoyed sunsets from the dock and the kids loved the pool. The screened porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and evenings as qell. We will for sure be back.
