WONDERFUL third floor ocean view Condo at Folly Beach. BEST view in the building. Elevator for easy access. One block off of Center Street with many restaurants and shops. View and walk to Folly Beach Fishing Pier and ocean.
Beautifully decorated. Perfect for families. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms: 2 queen beds and a set of twin beds. See attached photos. Wireless internet. 42' HD tv with cable in main room. Two smaller tvs in 2 of the bedrooms.

20 minutes to historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

NO SMOKING. NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO PETS.

Sorry, there is no pool. Only two parking spots per unit.

During the off season--October to March, please give me your range of spending and I will try to work with you anyway I can.

For all reservations, there is a 2 night minimum, a 145.00 cleaning charge which includes towels and linens and 14% tax rate. VRBO now requires on line booking which means use of a credit card and additional fees.

VRBO does allow up to 3 installment payments depending on when reservation is made and when the arrival is scheduled.

Good last minute booking, good price

After another host had made a booking error and realized months later that I would have to cancel that booking, I was relieved to find something affordable with such a great location to have a family vacation. Gail's responsiveness made things easy.

Very nice condo. Location was excellent with the beach view from across the street. Very clean, well stocked, kitchen, linens, towels. Walking distance to beach, pier, middle of town Center St.

Perfect Location - Everything was Great!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was in a perfect location, and it was exactly as advertised. Check in and check out were easy. The condo was very clean. The beds were comfortable. And the view was awesome! I loved being able to watch the ocean out the big picture windows. The location was wonderful. Right off Center St where all the action is BUT the condo was very quiet inside. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Amazing Folly get away

Great stay, location, and communication with owner. Very well stocked kitchen as we like to cook in everything you could need for cooking and entertaining Great porch with ocean view. Beach and pier are just a 1 min walk away. This is our 7th time to Folly and 2nd time with this rental. Will be back. Thanks Gail for sharing your beautiful condo.

Girls Trip

We had a fabulous time. The location cannot be beat. Ample parking around the condo for extra cars and lovely view. Gail is a fabulous hostess. Nice, cute and very clean condo. Definitely rent again.

We enjoyed our stay very much! It was close to shops and restaurants, an easy walk to the beach, and the swing on the porch was the best was to relax at the end of the day!

Lovely Location

We had planned a short trip to Folly Beach and Gail’s property was perfect. We had excellent views and perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach. The condo itself was beautiful and well set up. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Folly Beach

Fabulous Folly

The condo has a great layout and we enjoyed the spacious deck with the family. The location is great if you want to be in the action, so close to everything. We will definitely try to stay there again on our next visit.

Perfect Spot for a weekend getaway

This property was extremely clean. It had great furnishings and a very nice porch to sit on and watch the ocean. The parking was easy......assigned spots behind the building. And within easy walking distance to restaurants. Well stocked with dishes. Very nice bath towels, wash cloths. Owner was prompt in responding to a couple of questions. Thank you to the owner.
