Create everlasting memories of your trip to the lively city of Folly Beach at this second-floor Pavilion Watch condo! You'll be conveniently located right across the street for the nearest beach access, so if you or anyone in your group love the beach, you'll be thrilled to know this! Enjoy the refreshing ocean breezes while sitting on the balcony, which is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom. Have a wonderful movie night with your guests in the living area and make sure to stock up with all the most delicious snacks or food that you can later prepare in the fully-equipped kitchen. Plus, if you don't feel like going to a crowded beach, there's always the community pool for a relaxing dip.



What’s nearby:

Enjoy a prime location less than a block from Center Street and all of its great restaurants that include The Crab Shack, Snapper Jacks, Rita's Seaside Grille, Loggerhead's Beach Grill, Taco Boy, and more! Sign up for surfing or paddleboard lessons at one of the various rental companies on the island. Make sure to visit the charming, historic downtown Charleston, which is a short 11.6-mile drive. There you must visit The Battery, a jaw-dropping stretch along the city’s southern tip, which features a row of Southern-style mansions, Angel Oak Tree, one of Charleston’s most photographed icons on Johns Island, or book a boat tour to explore the harbor.

Exactly as listed!Property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was amazing! We enjoyed the view while sitting on the balcony; the walk to the beach was a breeze; and it was an easy walk to the bars and restaurants! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo is very nice and in the perfect location. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that I would like is if there was an outdoor couch or loveseat on the balcony. I like to sit on the balcony and listen to the ocean.

Great location. We always love to stay at Pavilion Watch. However, this is probably our least favorite condo. Carpets were dirty, patio furniture was not ideal ( only tall PVC chairs & too much outdoor furniture- no lounge furniture). Communication with mgmt co was great & pool is always a great perk.

Great unobstructed view of ocean across the Tides hotel parking lot. Too much furniture inside living room area. Need to remove some furniture and make more inside room for dining.

There seemed to be a lot of confusion between the property manager and Vrbo on payment and checkin lock codes. The property was beautiful, great view and something to do everywhere.

Great location and beach access.

Great spot to be in Folly! The condo was very large and easily accommodated our group. Loved the balcony and beach view. Very close to shopping and dining and easy beach access too. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location to Folly

Overall a good stay. The unit is in a great location but it is a bit banged up. It could use some new deck furniture and a fresh coat of paint.

Oh my! The location of this property is PERFECT! We loved the condo and it had everything we needed for all the comforts of home. The host was quick to respond to my questions and the rental company stayed in close contact to make certain we had everything we needed and satisfied with the condo. We would definitely stay here again.

Great family vacation

Wonderful, well maintained roomy condo with beautiful view of the ocean. Very close (walking distance) to pier and many good restaurants. Check in and out were simple and rental company was great to deal with.

Never been happier!

We had a most wonderful stay and experience. I have stayed at Folly several times and this was the best place I have experienced. Felt like home except with the ocean!

Family Destination Wedding

Our stay was so nice. View of the beach & easy walking path to the beach. Within quick walking distance to all downtown activities & food. Just wish we’d planned to stay longer !!!
