We have been coming to 30A for ten plus years and this is by far our favorite condo! It was clean and ADORABLE!

Although condo checked most boxes it was on ground level and convenient but view from balconies better - Angela the hostess was great - very helpful - would love to work with her again!!

Balcony needed to be sweep off the bugs. You need to check the light bulbs on some fixtures and battery for the remote for the living room fan and light.

Beautiful viewWell appointed Conveniently located- were able to walk almost everywhere, which is really important as traffic can be very heavy. Beach is beautiful, well maintained and super convenient.

The place is fantastic. It’s a gated community, the guard did not have our reservation. The guard wasn’t going to let us enter. I pulled up our confirmation then he disappeared for a while and came back with this long form we had to complete before we were allowed access. That community needs help with that part of the check in process.

My family very much enjoyed our week long vacation. The condo is exactly as pictured, providing us with plenty of room to spread out. The closet full of beach toys was a hit with our son. Proximity to shopping and restaurants was perfect, never taking us more than a 10 min walk to get where we wanted. We look forward to returning in the future.
