This Condo was Awesome! Very comfortable and very well appointed! Great beach view,! We enjoyed Crabby Steve’s it was so convenient, as was the walk to shops and restaurants! The beach service included was the icing on the cake! Would definitely stay again!

Perfect location directly on the beach - condo is extremely nice and very well appointed - beds are very comfortable! Will definitely book this property again! Host was super responsive!

Absolutely recommend staying here, and will definitely come back to this unit! The unit overlooks the ocean and is central to the pool, Crabby Steve’s, and the beach access point. Having a toddler, that made traveling from beach to pool to room seamless. The condo unit has everything you need (although we dined out most nights bc we love the restaurants on 30a). We loved sitting on the balcony every morning, and I watched the sunrise from bed almost every morning. Central to Rosemary Beach square and we walked all around with our toddler. Loved the gated community, we felt safe and everyone we encountered was so friendly, 10/10 recommend to anyone wanting to stay on 30a. Perfect for our family of 3

We had a fantastic stay at this condo for our family’s fall break! The place was spotless and so well maintained you can tell it’s cared for. The view of the beach was absolutely amazing, and being right on 30A made it so convenient to everything we wanted to do. We loved being able to walk or bike to great restaurants, shops, and beach spots. It was the perfect mix of comfort, cleanliness, and location. We’d definitely stay here again!

Wonderful experience! The home was clean, was equipped with everything you would need, and it was in the perfect location. The communication with the owner was excellent as well. All in all, our family would without a doubt stay here again.

Precious condo, super clean, and THE most perfect location to walk to Rosemary for dinner every night and across the street for Starbucks! Beach service was great - the chairs/umbrellas were reserved for us each day in the same spot, which was nice. Having Crabby Steves within steps the beach set-up (and so close to condo) for our daily beach lunch/ restrooms was also so convenient. Host was incredibly responsive and the best part - the VIEW. Just so beautiful. Will definitely be back.

The condo was clean, bedding good - outdoor space great- price reflected the issues below - No ice maker (plastic trays provided) which was a deal breaker- no bedroom TVs - electrical and lighting were wonky - 2 tiny chandelier lights in master bath over vanity

Hi Mary Jane, Thank you for the feedback. The ice machine was back ordered and it has since been installed so we now have ice. And I’m so sorry about the lights in the primary bathroom. I wish we had been informed and we would have taken care of it during your stay! Our handyman has addressed it and it’s all fixed

We had an amazing stay at this beautifully renovated 2-bedroom condo at High Pointe in Seacrest. The unit was spotless and tastefully decorated—everything felt fresh, modern, and welcoming. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the linens and towels were top quality. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made meals super easy.The views from the condo were absolutely breathtaking, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a 2-minute walk to Rosemary Beach and only half a mile from Allys. We loved being able to walk or bike everywhere!The property itself is fantastic: the pool is huge and beautifully maintained, there’s a great playground for the kids, and we enjoyed the pickleball courts as well.A special shoutout to Theresa, our host—she was so sweet, responsive, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.We’d come back in a heartbeat. Highly, highly recommend!

We had an enjoyable stay and all information provided in the listing was accurate. I would say that the proximity to eateries, peddlers, Alys and Rosemary were fantastic. The ease and communication with the host was great. I would highly recommend this property and will be looking to book again.

We love High Pointe and have stayed in many of the units. This one was clean, well equipped and the beds were comfortable.Communication with the owner was easy and any question was answered quickly.
