The Guest House is completely separate from the Main House with a separate entrance, private courtyard and ample parking off the cobblestone streets.
Located in the Historic Old Northeast community of Downtown St. Petersburg, FL, it's interior has been customized by an interior designer to include a full mahogany bar and two charming bedrooms that feel like a little piece of heaven.
The bathroom was completely renovated in June 2024 and features a luxurious, huge walk-in shower with a bench. High-end materials were used in this redesign, including Carrera Marble, gold Moen fixtures and a Grohe rain showerhead.
The house has stunning landscaped gardens complete with a water feature and herb gardens - and plenty of options for outdoor entertaining, or just simply relaxing and reading.
The private courtyard allows you to fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy your meal at a table for six, or enjoy your morning coffee in the courtyard's bistro table while enjoying the sounds of the water feature. The courtyard also features a Bose Sound-system with WiFi connection to enjoy over a romantic dinner. While there are gourmet markets as well as the local farmer's markets available for seasonal, local ingredients, the courtyard also includes a large herb garden to add to your favorite meal.
The location of the property is within walking distance to the local beach, parks, downtown restaurants and the Historic Vinoy Resort.
North Shore Aquatic Complex is located just a couple blocks from the Carriage House.
The pool overlooks the St. Petersburg waterfront. It's open year round and features a 50 meter pool with diving board, 25 meter training pool with zero depth entry, a play pool with a giant flume slide and splash pad.
This spacious, 2-bedroom / 1-bath house is the perfect place to unwind after a day of walking downtown, sitting by the water's edge and sightseeing. Great for a special anniversary celebration, romantic getaway, girls weekend or just a relaxing few days in the sun.
Only 20 minutes from Tampa International Airport, downtown St. Petersburg has some of the best restaurants, boutiques and parks in the Tampa Bay Area.

Charming property in old North East. Our hosts were very friendly and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed and more. the location was excellent. We would certainly stay here again if we are in the area.

What a beautiful property! True to the pics. Historic area and homes is the perfect setting for a getaway. Had fun just hanging out and playing pool :) will definitely be back. The orchids are lovely and herb garden smells wonderful. Thank you for sharing this property with us we will be back!

This is a beautiful and relaxing place. It was very comfortable and inviting. Loved getting to have some time in the courtyard with their Chihuahuas. This place is a true gem! Jennifer and Patrick are great. Thankful they offer their carriage house on VRBO, it’s a wonderful place to stay and convient to everything.

Excellent location. Gracious hosts. They put a live Christmas tree up! Best beds we've ever had the pleasure of sleeping on with a VRBO. The weekly cleaning service was an unexpected plus.

Amazing Stay!
This place was immaculate when we checked in, it was beautiful! We had everything we needed and we really appreciated the little details the hosts put into making our stay so comfortable, fresh flowers and even a bottle of Prosecco! Thank you for the great stay!

(Near) Downtown Delight
We had everything we needed! The beds were comfy, the space was perfect and clean, the fresh herbs were an absolute hit! Absolutely loved our stay.

The. Arrive house was amazing and location was perfect for walking everywhere. Jennifer the host was a dear. Everything was perfect. We will be staying there again.

True piece of old NE charm
The hosts thought of everything! Place was very clean, comfortable and charming. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place to everyone.

We couldn’t have been happier with the kindness and hospitality of our hosts. We stayed here over Christmas week. The place was lovely. Convenient to downtown, nice walk to the water, many many thanks!

Awesome and elegant
This is a lovely, comfortable place to stay with a charming host. Impecably clean, well-equipped, comfortable beds, walking distance to the waterfront, close to downtown, the pier, the ball park, the bike trail. Five star stay!

Perfect stay
This is a beautiful home in an excellent location. Just a few minutes' walk to the water. The home is tastefully furnished and very well appointed. Communication with the hosts was also great. We would definitely stay here again.

St Pete dream
We stayed here for the St Pete Indy Car Race. The carriage house was better than outlined in the description, the accommodations were outstanding, the location to downtown was excellent, and the house was in a lovely neighborhood.

Love the carriage house

A perfect place in a perfect location!
If you’re looking to experience all that St. Pete has to offer, this is the place! The location is beyond perfect in the beautiful Historic Old Northeast neighborhood, and the property and carriage house are absolutely beautiful, bursting with a luxe charm that makes you feel right at home from the moment you open the door!
