Excellent Stay

Everything was as advertised, and everything was comfortable and clean. My wife and I take an annual trip the the island and would gladly book this property again

Wonderful place!

We have been coming to Kiawah for many years and this condo was great! It had everything we needed and is very nicely decorated. The owner was very easy to work with and we had a wonderful stay!! Highly recommended!

Beautiful place

We had a great time! The description was accurate, great location, apartment was clean. It had everything we could possibly need. Would definitely stay there again!

Kiawah vacation

We enjoyed our stay on Kiawah Island! Golf, spa at the Sanctuary, shopping at Fresh Fields and beach walking. I love the beach in May!

Perfect place

Place was better than described. Owner was very responsive when needed. Great location. Biggest plus with hot weather was a great A/C.

Highly Recommend!

Great, clean place to stay and perfect for our vacation. Lou was super helpful and very responsive - even sending weather updates as we were there during a tropical storm. Highly recommend!!

Amazing escape

This place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed easy walks and bike rides to the beach as well as riding to mingo point. The house and owner are wonderful and we will definitely be back.

Clean, Honest, Forthright listing and Pet Friendly

Louis is friction free as a landlord. Such an easy place to stay with a short walk to the beach! We believe our dog might have enjoyed his stay more than we did!

Amazing Stay

We had such a nice visit to Kiawah Island. The condo is very clean and has everything that we needed. It is a quick walk to the beach. The owner is very responsive. We are looking forward to visiting next year and staying at this condo again!

Great Experience

Great Stay - Exactly as described!

My parents and I had a great stay at Kiawah last week. I loved the layout of the condo and there was plenty of room for all of us. Also, since i was for working remotely for a few days - i found the internet to be great. Thanks!

We have visited Kiawah Island for many years but this was our first stay at The Tennis Club Villas. The villa was very clean and very well equipped. The owner was very responsive when we needed to contact him. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

Well-appointed perfect stay

We’ve been coming to Kiawah as a family of 4 with elementary-aged kids for several years, and this has been our favorite property yet. Well-equipped kitchen and everything you need for a home away from home: even down to hair dryers and nightlights in the bathroom! It was sparkling clean, quiet, and a cheerfully decorated villa only a short bike ride or 5 minute walk to the beach. I highly recommend this place!

Great Place to Visit

I can't say enough good things about our stay and communication with the owner. The condo is lovely and clean and true a short walk to the beach. The kitchen lacked nothing, had more things than we expected. The screened porch was wonderful sitting out at almost any time of day.

Wonderful relaxing stay

Property was comfortable and well equipped. We loved the screened in porch. Lots of deer and wildlife. Easy walk to the beach. Owner provides wagon, umbrellas, chairs, etc. Louis was very responsive to questions. Would definitely stay there again.

Quaint spot, close to beach & all the golf!

Lou's place was finely furnished and had all the amenities we needed for the week. The AC worked great, the beds/ living area were extremely comfortable, and the ocean is a 10 minute walk away! Very quiet at night, and peaceful during the day. If you love the beach & golf, this is a great place to stay for a week. We will definitely be visiting Kiawah again and hope that Lou's place is available on our next trip!

Third summer and love it!

This is the third summer my family and I have stayed at this villa. We love it! Very clean and a great location. It is dog friendly which we love too! Louis is very responsive to any questions. We will be booking again!

Great Spot for a Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this great location. Convenient walk to the beach. The owner provided beach supplies including an umbrella, chairs and a wagon to haul everything. Also provided were dog bowls and a cover for the furniture in case the dog wanted on the couch. These were all great surprises.

We initially booked this Villa because we thought we were going to bring our dog. We had a change in plans and left him home. But the Villa was very well set up to accommodate a pooch. Everything from food and water bowls, to a designated eating area, a crate, and recommendations for dog walkers.Lou was a fantastic communicator. He answered questions about the villa, island, and restaurants.The Villa was very clean. All of the beds were very comfortable, the water pressure and temperature were excellent. The primary bedroom had blackout curtains. The kitchen was well stocked. We would certainly return to this fellow with or without our pet in the future.

Our stay was absolutely lovely. The unit was clean, tidy, and had all the comforts of home. We stayed here while we were in between our old home and new home and loved it. Louis was a super communicative host, was very flexible and made us feel so welcome. We loved the neighborhood and appreciated the fact that it was a 10 minute lovely walk to the beach. It was priced fairly amongst the other rentals in the area. The screened in porch was also lovely! We recommend this rental/host and would definitely stay again!
