Welcome to Sandcastles 300 managed by Happy Palm Stays! A beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo offering guests a convenient and relaxing beachfront experience. This remodeled property features comfortable accommodations with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen making it easy for you to prepare home cooked meals, and private balconies that provide beautiful views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding area. Sandcastles is conveniently located in central Cocoa Beach featuring excellent amenities;

Room was very clean. Beds were comfortable. We had a side view of the beach. Easy to get to beach and pool. We would stay here again.

Family Vacation 2025

The property was amazing. Everything that was portrayed in the listing was as we found it. Great location. Close to everything that we wanted to do while we there. Will definitely stay again.

Everything was really great! I love that the beach wasn’t crowded at all! We got to experience a lot of new things! Condo was super clean and very secured

Got a good view of the beach from the balcony on the side of the building. The beach was so awesome. I went down at sunrise time one morning. It was spectacular. The condo was amazing. Such a great comfortable place! It had all the comforts of a home to return to after all our daytime activities. I would definitely come back here again.
