Great location, clean and comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Beach toys were great too and the kids loved catching waves.

It was a fantastic stay, I recommend this beautiful co-op apartment for anyone who wants to stay in Cocoa Breach Florida. It has a great view of the beach.

Another great stay at this Sandcastles condo. The location and access can't be beat. Unit is exactly as pictured and has everything you need including beach towels and toys!

It’s a great space! Nice view of the ocean! Pool is a bonus! Stan is a great communicator! This was our second visit at this condo.

Everything about our stay was excellent

One of the best vacation rentals we have booked. The property had everything that we needed for an enjoyable stay at the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful time here! Our host was communicative (and helped us out when we left our swim suits behind!), the property was clean and quiet, and we LOVED the pool and hot tub, not to mention our proximity to the beach. There are also parks within walking distance, and all the shops and restaurants without any of the noise. Highly, highly recommend!

The condo was clean and had everything we needed! We really appreciated having the extra beach things provided to use because we didn’t have room in the car to bring any. Would stay here again!

Great stay

this property was perfect for us over the Fourth of July. The balcony provided the perfect view of the fireworks, and the property manager was extremely helpful & his communication was spectacular! We will definitely stay here again

Great location

This place is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants and businesses. It was a great experience and cool place to stay, it was very nice that it included all the beach toys & chairs we needed which helped reduce the packing required for our trip!
