The place is at walking distance from the aquarium and about a 3 minute drive to the falls. The place is great and comfortable to stay in, host is very friendly and responsive.The place can benefit more if shades are placed on the windows and the front of the house is cleaned up. Overall i had a great time and would come back to stay at this place again.

Nice place to stay. Comfortable beds, host very nice and easy to communicate with. The apartment equipped with everything what you need to stay for your trip. Definitely recommend this place.

there's no dressers in the bedrooms or games/puzzles in the home. would also be nice to have assigned parking as there's a site seeing tour company that shares the on-site parking. other than that, the stay was great. the inside of the home was clean and had all the basics. the location is literally right next to the aquarium and hiking trails.

Was great. Just wish there were dresser drawers to put our clothes in and some sort of blinds on the windows to keep out light and provide additional privacy.

If you are looking for a rental that is within walking distance to many attractions and reasonably priced, this house fit those items. If you're looking for something with many amenities, keep scrolling. There are several items that should be addressed at this property: no smoke detectors, washer/dryer connected to outlet by extension cord, bathroom window could use a blind rather than see through curtain, lights above bathroom sink didn't work, only one outlet per room, bathroom vent really needs cleaned, no dressers for storing clothing, parking was challenging since you share parking with siteseeing company, exterior overgrown with weeds and internet boxes are laying on floor in dining room.

Parking is available at the entrance. Was a little dusty (saw two dead spiders in the shower) but overall it was clean and the beds was comfortable.

Questionable neighborhood with alley entrance. Outdoor property not well maintained. Curtains were see through and falling off the wall (imagine taking a shower in the evening). Can see throughout the first floor from the sidewalk. Visible staining in bedroom ceiling. Missing light bulbs.Kitchen backsplash is NOT tile or glass- it’s paper barely attached to the wall.

Parking was in front on the entrance, so it was easy to unload and load belongings.Very close to Niagara Falls Park, so we did not need to pay extra for parking at the Falls.Very clean and quiet neighborhood.

Stay 8/17-8/23/26WE discovered a major safety issue in that there was NO SMOKE DETECTOR in the house. I purchased one & placed in the front bedroom, (I believe NY state law required 1 in each BR & 1 on each floor.)Privacy issues also. The curtains over the bath rm window were very thin, not obstructing the view from the exterior of the house. One of the curtain rod hangers was not attached & it was resting on top of the window trim. (I bought some small nails & attached the hanger. We used extra towels over the curtain rod for privacy.) The curtains in the back bed rm (where the washer & dryer are) are very thin also not obstructing the view from the outside. (Looking out of this window you see the corner of a vacant building with graffiti painted on it.)A tour company operates from this location & parks their tour vans on the side of the house along with maybe one space for the house guest (renter). The view out the windows (also very thin curtains) of the tour vans parked less than four feet away. Lighting in the living room was bright from the overhead fixture, (there may be lighting on the decorative tree in corner). Lighting in the dinning rm was fine. The kitchen lighting was not very bright & if there was a light above the stove it did not work. Both bedrooms have a ceiling fixture & lamps. Bath exhaust fan very dirty. Yard is unkept, cut limbs lying onto sidewalk. Vines growing across Ft porch and into HVAC unit. Bidet is sprayer cold water only. TP & KP Dalton GA
