This condo includes the "HH Island Rentals Advantage" which provides four beach chairs, a beach cart, beach towels and a new set of salt, pepper, cooking spray and seasoning salt.
This remodeled villa has an all new kitchen complete with granite counters and full size appliances. Updated with 2 full bathrooms on second floor with half bath on main floor. Bedroom 1 (Master) - King Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen 2-Twin . Villa has full-sized washer and dryer, outdoor patio, outdoor patio with grill.

EZ Beach Access from this Remodeled Villa - 2 Bed 2.5 Bath Coligny Villa Close To the Beach and Coligny Plaza.

This remodeled villa has an all new kitchen complete with granite counters and full-size appliances. Updated with 2 full bathrooms on second floor with half bath on main floor. Bedroom 1 - King Bed, Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Bed 2-Twin bunkbeds. Villa has full-sized washer and dryer, outdoor patio, outdoor patio with gas grill. Kitchen is fully stocked for you to prepare your favorite meals. All linens, towels and starter soaps are included.

You can walk to almost everything you need. 5 minute walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and restaurants and 5-7 minutes to the beach. There are free shuttle carts that run around the area as well. Most people prefer to just get on a bike to get around. Enjoy the community Pool in the courtyard to relax after a day at the beach.

This is a pet friendly condo $195/per pet, dogs only and must be under 25lbs...2 Dogs Max. Please indicate if you are bringing along your dog.

NOTE - PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE COURTYARD OFF THE BACK PATIO. ANY FINES ASSESSED AGAINST THE OWNER FOR A PET IN THE COURTYARD AREA WILL BE PASSED ON TO THE GUEST. ALL PETS MUST REMAIN OUT OF THE COURTYARD AREA AND BE EXERCISED AND WALKED IN THE PARKING AREA OR OUTSIDE OF THE COMPLEX.

Great condo perfect location

We enjoyed our stay at Coligny Villas. The condo was clean and just as pictured online. Perfect location to Coligny's shopping and restaurants. Unit was quiet and close to the pool. We would definitely stay again.

First time to HHI

This was our first time to HHI. We had a fantastic time on the island. The property we rented was outstanding for a family of our size. A short walk to the beach, a great pool, and Ice Cream 5 minutes away. The host, Rob, was communicative and quick to respond to any questions we had. We loved our stay so much that we booked it again for 2025 the night we left.

Coligny Villa

The property was clean and was within walking distance of the grocery store and Coligny Plaza. Super close to the beach also. Eric was great about calling us when we had a question. I would recommend this property and would come back on my next visit to Hilton Head.

Great location in Hilton Head

Lovely, very quiet community. Lots of birds and wildlife nearby. Walking, biking, parks, groceries, shopping all very convenient. Pool is lovely. Beds are great. It has everything you could possibly need. The unit is dog friendly, however the community does not allow dogs in the courtyard or on backyard patios. Our dog was miffed but the time at the beach more than made up from this exclusion

A Fantastic Stay!

We have stayed at several different units in the Coligny Villas complex and this one had everything! Every possible amenity was provided, and the unit was extremely clean and comfortable. Excellent communication with the Property Manager. Highly recommend!

Beach Getaway

Pretty much everything you need for a nice vacation. Could use more wine glasses (not plastic) Very clean, great beds! Close to beach and all sorts of restaurants and shopping. Beach cart and chairs included, that’s a bonus. Would recommend better quality paper products, my only negative.

Close to everything

The condo was very nice and comfortable for 6 people. The pool was right out the back door and the beach was an easy walk right past a great coffee shop on the corner. The kitchen was very nice. Plenty of plates and flatware, could use more glasses. Both bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs were roomy. The bed I slept in was very comfy. I slept better than I did at home. Having the gas grill was nice too. I would rent this again.

Vacation Getaway

Overall, the condo was very nice and clean. What attracted us to this particular one was it was pet-friendly and we had our dog along. The entire complex was quiet and secluded, and the community pool was nice. There were a number of beach chairs and equipment provided, which was nice. Would recommend to anyone. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but it was good exercise

Great place to stay

The townhome was very nicely decorated. The kitchen and bathrooms were updated and clean. Nice place to stay and relax...comfortable for our family. Good location as well! We would stay here again. Thank you!

Great vacation home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We’ve rented condos and homes up and down the east coast over the years and this stay was one of our favorites. Very close to the beach and so many restaurants, shops, groceries, etc. The property was very clean and well done - excellent appliances and decor. Communication was awesome for check-in and made things very easy. Will definitely be on the top of our list for our next stay on HHI!

Exactly what we wanted

The property was clean, had necessary amenities, location excellent, owners quick to respond. Our overall experience was excellent. We would absolutely look to stay here the next time we visit Hilton Head!

Hilton Head Vacation 2021

The rental process was easy. The location was excellent and close to many amenities! Over all the condition of the property was great. The only knock that I have about the stay was that one of my kids crawled under a bed and came out covered with dog hair. We have two dogs ourselves and understand the difficulty of cleaning under objects. It just appears that it has been quite some time since the last deep clean. Other than that the stay was awesome and we all enjoyed ourselves tremendously!

We love how the place has been recently renovated. It’s nice and close to the beach and lots of good restaurants are nearby. We were able to bring our dog, which is so helpful, you rather not leave your furbabies at home.

Good, but a little misleading

Condo was cute, nicely decorated. Property was not very clean. Grassy area in the back was why we rented, convenient to let dog out, we thought. When we arrived, we went to let our dog out and there's a sign stating no animals in courtyard. There is no real convenient place to let them out. Just keep in mind if traveling with dog.

Heavenly retreat

I can not say enough about how WONDERFUL both the property and the management were!!!! Every detail of the condo was delightful - all the finishes, fixtures, decorations etc. And Steve Janning is AMAZING - helpful, prompt, friendly. I will definitely be back and if everything works for a month this time!!!

WOW! What a great place to stay

We have rented several villas on Hilton Head Island and this one is by far the best we stayed in. The unit is located very near Coligny Plaza and the beach. The villa has been refurbished The includes a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining room and living room area with plenty of furniture and two upstairs bedrooms with in suite bathrooms in each. The villa has been decorated very well and met our needs in every way. We will definitely return to this property in the future. Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful property with us.

Nice property in a great location

My wife and two kids stayed at this property for a long weekend. Very nicely decorated, clean and very comfortable. It is in a great location with a Piggly Wiggly and several restaurants about a 5 minute walk away. Beach was about a 10 minute easy walk. Check-in process and check out process was super simple. The kitchen is galley style and big enough for about one cook. Would definitely recommend to others.
