Come enjoy Morro Bay in this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Cottage! Located in North Morro Bay just a few blocks from the beach this home is the perfect space for your next escape! Situation on a quiet street this two story cottage has an open floor plan with a large living room featuring flat screen TV and sectional sofa. The kitchen is large and fully stocked to self-entertain along with seating for 4 people and full bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs you will find an two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom features a King size bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a futon sofa that can be converted to another bed. First I would like to say thank you for accommodating me, my husband, and our dogs. They r our family now that r children r grown and we do not like to leave them. It’s become extremely hard to find accommodations that do not charge an arm and a leg. This property was affordable and perfectly suited for pets. The showers were good, plenty of hot water, and excellent water pressure. Kitchen was adequately supplied if you were wanting to cook simple meals, we did not use stove only microwave. Sectional in the living room for 4-5 people and kitchen seating for 4-5 at the table, with extra chairs. Also a nice table and chairs outside for BBQ’ing. The location was to our liking because we prefer to not be directly in town. Perfect for the dog park and dog beach, and only 10 minutes to down town. It is a 2 story home with both bedrooms and a bathroom upstairs, which is noted in the description and a full bath downstairs. If you have difficulty with stairs, this home would not be advised. The only negative I have to say is about the bed in the master. It is extremely soft and I was unable to sleep on it, felt as though I was sinking to the middle. I started there and within an hour or so I had to move to the other room. The bed in the other room was fine and I slept there for the entirety of our stay. If you were to need all beds this might be an issue. It just being my husband and I, was not an issue,and we would reserve again.

The place was perfect. It was so close to the beach. The privacy was great. It was very pet friendly. It was nice to be able to walk the neighborhood and see the sunset. This is a great family friendly place to stay. The chairs for guest use was the icing on the cake. It was nice to have chairs to use while enjoying the beach. The views were amazing.

Great location

We had a great stay at this beach house! The location is ideal-close to other beautiful coastal areas, making day trips easy and enjoyable. It was perfect for traveling with our dog (however, the stairs are slick, so just use caution when your dog goes up or down the stairs). The sleeping arrangements worked out well for us-one bedroom had a queen mattress, the other room had a king mattress (the queen mattress was firmer than the king). Communication with the property management team was smooth and responsive throughout our stay. We would definitely come back!

Great place if you're bringing pets!

It was in a cute quiet neighborhood, super easy stay. The washer & dryer worked well. The only thing was the beds, it says it has 2 twins, a queen, and a futon but it actually has a full, a king, and a futon. It worked out fine for us but was a surprise to the kids that now had to share a bed

Spring getaway

We brought our college gal, her friends, and our pups to the beach for the weekend. This was a perfect spot! Fenced in backyard made it so helpful for the dogs!

Another great stay at family & pet friendly home

Have stayed at this property a few times for family get aways. Great quiet neighborhood with friendly local neighbors. Pet friendly set up great! Responsive owners; we had a problem with coffee maker & they had a new one to us in a couple hours. Thanks much for another great stay!

Doggie Double Date

Took our two large dogs for a getaway and this house work perfectly. Great neighborhood and location. Bed was super comfortable as well! Our dogs enjoyed their own private backyard and people watching out the windows. Will stay again soon!

Perfect Location for Us

O.K I will start off with the "personal" findings we did not like. #1The toilets are very low. for a person with knee pain it was painful. #2 same knee pain issue, I did not read that both bedrooms where upstairs. #3 kids bedrooms & sofa, when kids layed on beds & we sat. We got covered in pet hair! & other hair. An upsetting find, because it was a sign of linens not being washed or tended too! #4 the beds of course theres no place like home but kids complained next morning of the body aches & my wife and i would agree. Not the best beds.#5 Backyard area, my family has a fear of spiders, and chairs where covered in spider webs another sign of the place NOT being cleaned for guest!#6 water pressure in the bottom shower was not all that great.#7smelled allot like dog. The AWESOME #1.the location is right off the 1hwy,& from our bedroom you could smell the beautiful ocean from our bedroom window.#2 kitchen was roomy and big everything ready and available! #3.the places decor is a cute beach setting loved the size of the bathrooms the bottom one has a huge shower. Loved that it had a hand held shower, and that it is designed for taller people like us. it has a washer dryer,in the garage. Place has a design i had never seen before. A split restroom, 1/2 with potty, & the other just a shower! place was stocked with plenty of towels, And other linens in kids room but we didn't trust them nor towels due to all the dog hairs.Loved the neighborhood! & parking

Clean beach house pet friendly

Nice quiet street to stay on. Simple but clean house set up well for a stay with a pet. Short drive under 1 mile to Cayucos dog friendly beach. Had a great time!
