Had an amazing time and the house was perfect for our family. Amazing views, spent most of our time outside on the huge lanai. Mario saved the trip with his quick action to fix the AC upon our arrival. Thank you again, Mario.

Clean, well stocked, safe neighborhood, and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the well stocked home, the cleanliness of the facility, and the convenience of location. Everything was as explained and we really enjoyed a week in this home. It was so comfortable to be in and the pool was just fantastic!

Lovely home, quiet neighborhood, and pet friendly. We absolutely loved our stay at Villa River Dream. House was well equipped and very comfortable. Property manager was responsive but only by text. One small mix up upon arrival but it was taken care of in a very satisfactory manor. Only critique - the listing says there is a boat lift, but it was inoperable at the time of our visit. Fortunately we chose not to take our boat this trip, but be sure to check.

Peaceful home away from home

Overall a wonderful experience and very comfortable. We really enjoyed it and would return.Pool&lanai were awesome. Kitchen had a good variety of cookware. Beds were very good. Owner has set the house up well and we really appreciated it.Listing said its a 4 bedroom/3 bath but its only 3 bedroom/2 bath. Kitchen trash bags were not provided and it would have been helpful to know up front. Check in instructions were good but were missing how to lock the house when going out. Management company took 2 hours to respond on how to lock the door, so that delayed our plans.Overall, a very positive experience!

Thank you! I have to clarify, the house DOES have 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a mother in law suite available, as stated in the advertisement. We provide one trash bag for each trash can, big or small. Some hotel style starter kits for all the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry. The front door has an electronic Yale lock. Das Ferienhaus ist der Wahnsinn. Der Blick beim Reinkommen, quer durch das Wohnzimmer über die Terrasse mit Pool auf den Kanal und Fluss ist umwerfend. Die Zimmer sind toll, die Ausstattung (speziell der Küche) ist für ein Ferienhaus hervorragend. Die Wohngegend ist super und man ist schnell bei vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Bis zum Strand ist es gutes Stück zu fahren, aber das ist einem bei der Lage ja klar und mit dem Pool lässt es sich im Haus auch super aushalten. Einzig das vierte Schlafzimmer haben wir nicht entdeckt, bzw. konnten wir ins separate Poolhaus nicht mit unserem Türcode rein (darum haben wir uns aber auch nicht zu sehr bemüht). Wir fühlten uns super wohl und hatten überhaupt keine Probleme vor Ort!!!
