Hi Eric, thank you so much for your stay!! I appreciate the understanding about the flood, it was a historic flood event and thankfully we were able to get a water mitigation team in right away! The basement is my favorite room in the house, so it’s too bad you weren’t able to enjoy it during your trip. I spent the fall drywalling and installing Lvp flooring so the basement is back to full use! I hope you’ll stay again soon so you can see the renovations, play pool/ping pong, or watch movies in front of the fireplace with a great sound system downstairs!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! We recently completed renovations in the basement and redecorated the living room as mentioned in the listing, and there is a photoshoot scheduled for next week to update the listing photos! Lawn service happens weekly but sometimes needs to be rescheduled due to weather, so it may have been 10 days since the last service when you arrived. We hope you enjoyed the fresh raspberries, strawberries, and mulberries from the garden! There is a dehumidifier in the basement (noted in the guest book) which we usually run in the summertime.
