Excellent place to stay in Mahone Bay.

This property was top notch. The owners were friendly and available. This property had everything a couple could ask for, plus it was super clean.

Exactly what you need

The space was the perfect size with all of the amenities you would need. It is incredibly close to downtown and was an amazing location to be able to walk around the town.

This cozy cottage is surrouned by mature trees. It is super clean, has all you need and tastefully decorated. It is centrally located for easy access to the surrounding shops and restaurants.

Mahone Bay

The cottage is adorable and very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed walking into town. It was most disappointing to discover that all of the restaurants were closed on Tuesday evening and Wednesday's. And there was no mention of which restaurants were "special" or exceptionally good. Not until we were leaving, for instance did we learn that we most definitely should have gone Oh MCod while we were there. Little details like that are very helpful. The owners were very kind and helpful when we reached out, just not. Forthcoming with info before hand.

Beautiful cottage walkable to shops and the waterfront. Extremely clean and well appointed. The only suggestion I would give is fewer decorative pillows on the bed! Thank you for a lovely stay!

The property was absolutely lovely. It is quaint, immaculate and beautifully decorated. Everything that you need is onsite. I would highly recommend this property!! Pam was lovely to talk to and meet as well.

Picture perfect

This is a beautifully well-kept property in a quiet neighbourhood, and just a short walk from Mahone Bay's charming shops and restaurants. It's a ideal getaway for anyone who wants to spend time in the town or as a jumping off point for the rest of the South Short. We're very happy to have found it!

Terrific central location on the South Shore

Super clean, and cozy with lots of antiques and crystal. Best ever bed and linen. Great friendly hosts also.

Perfect spot in Mahone Bay

Fantastic spot in Mahone Bay and for touring the south coast of Nova Scotia Everything is so convenient and felt very safe. Mahone Bay is a real gem - we love it. The cottage was quaint, cute, clean and a perfect place to stay when touring the area. Great restaurants in the area as well! Can’t wait to go back !

Great place to stay in Mahone Bay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mahone Bay at this luxury Cottage. Great hosts who made sure everything we needed we had (extremely personable too), great location and the cottage was definitely a luxury place to stay. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Awesome property and location

We had a wonderful time. Property was a short walk to downtown shops and restaurants, impeccable in terms of decor, hosts were accessible if needed, would recommend staying here for visiting the area.

We loved staying at Mahone Bay Gataway. It was very clean, beautiful and close to fun activities . If ever coming to Nova Scotia would stay here again.
