I several issues Mstr Bdrm bathroom : the sink was clogged, the tub and flooring is extremely slippery ..... major slip/fall hazard. Recommend non slip bat mats and applying non slip coating or tape. The water pressure was extremely low It would have been nice if basic tv channels were provided

Hello Derrick, Thank you for the feedback — sorry the master bathroom sink was clogged, the tub and flooring were slippery, the water pressure was low, and the TV lineup didn’t meet expectations. That fell short of our standards. We cleared and inspected the master sink/drains. To address the slip hazard we added non‑slip bath mats, applied non‑slip coating/tape in the tub area, and inspected the floor to secure any loose surfaces. The plumbing was checked, and water pressure was corrected. Thank you — your comments helped us improve.

The apartment was large enough. Furnishings were minimal and on the cheap side, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked. Lots of pillows for beds. Toiletries were adequate. Ceiling fans worked well. Good location for sports arenas and 101.Negatives:1. The A/C sounded like a train going through the room. If we were watching TV then we could not hear it without turning it up extremely high. Occasionally woke us up at night. And the note on the thermostat asked us not to turn the temp down, otherwise the A/C might fail! We like it cooler at night, so this made it a little uncomfortable.2. Vertical blinds in the master bedroom were missing two pieces, so we could not fully darken the room and it faced the morning sun!3. The bathtubs and some towels were dated. Should be replaced.4. Exposed wiring in 2nd bedroom for Wi-Fi hardware.5. The directions for garbage were unclear.6. The parking situation was also unclear. Only place we could park was across the complex in an unshaded area by outer fence. Not convenient and very hot. On weekend the spots were all full. Should be a reserved spot out of the sun.7. No instructions for TV. Never could get Roku or regular TV. TV was much smaller than indicated online.Would be good to have instruction/info sheet or binder in unit. All of the best rentals have them. Local event and restaurant/grocery store list should be included. Overall adequate, but needs improvements. Not worth the price until improvements are made.
