Originally the Captain's Bridge Motel built in the 1970s, the interior has been renovated and furnished with a beachy vibe. The property boasts PRIVATE GAZEBO ACCESS to a beautiful, SECLUDED BEACH for the enjoyment of peaceful strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. We have a brand new pool built in 2020. 400 MBPS WIFI to stay fully connected. Coastal bike path for refreshing jogging, bike riding, or walking. Amazing restaurants are a short drive away. You cannot beat our location!

Escape to your little piece of paradise in this delightful BEACHSIDE Studio Condo! This Coastal Oasis offers comfort and convenience in one cozy, inviting space, perfect for single travelers or a couple. The unit will sleep up to 4 guests (2 adults, 2 small children). We do not recommend more than 3 adults. If you are traveling in larger groups and require additional units, please inquire about our other listings within the same Oceanfront Complex. We have multiple units that are right next to each other.

NOTE: This ground floor unit is in an Oceanfront Complex but faces east towards the neighboring complex and DOES NOT have an ocean view from inside the condo. You will have the convenience of parking right in front of your unit. Please enjoy Panoramic Ocean Views from the gazebos and 2nd floor wraparound decks which offer community seating.

[INTERIOR DESCRIPTION]
The 300 sq. ft studio layout presents the ideal setting for a casual retreat by the SEA. The unit is furnished with a queen-sized bed. The ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, single vanity, a Keurig coffee maker, and a kitchenette stocked with basic appliances. In the living area, you'll find a full-sized futon, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a small table with 2 chairs creating a welcoming area for entertainment and relaxation.

[PROPERTY DESCRIPTION/AMENITIES]
Embrace the coastal lifestyle with PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS and over 600ft of Pristine SECLUDED shoreline! The community amenities include a large grassy recreational area with outdoor showers/picnic tables/charcoal grills, a fish cleaning station, and a sparkling clear community pool. Indulge in shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks along the beach! Enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine taking in the Breathtaking Ocean Views from one of the Oceanfront Gazebos or from the fixed seating areas on the 2nd floor wraparound deck. The Coastal Bike Path is adjacent to the property for jogging, biking, or walking.

[RESTAURANTS/SHOPS]
Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General, Dairy Queen, and Restaurants are directly across the street. A Food Lion, movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away. You will find a booklet listed with recommended local Activities & Restaurants inside your unit.

[HOUSEKEEPING/LAUNDRY]
There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for a nominal fee upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). Please call the number on the placard inside your unit to coordinate any housekeeping requests. There is a credit card operated laundry room onsite (3 washers/3 dryers) for your laundry needs.

[PEST CONTROL]
A pest control company is contracted to treat the entire complex on a quarterly basis. Note that we are located in a coastal environment by the Ocean.

[PARKING PASS]
-1 parking pass is provided per reservation.
-An additional pass can be requested prior to your stay for an additional $25.

[NO-SMOKING POLICY]
-Smoking, vaping, drug usage is NOT allowed inside the unit or ANYWHERE on the property. Guests who wish to smoke MUST walk out to the fence by W Fort Macon Road or onto the physical beach (past the gazebos and away from other guests).
-Violators may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY without a refund.
-Violators may also be charged with an additional $300 cleaning fee.

[PET POLICY]
-DOGS ONLY, no cats or exotic animals.
-1 non-aggressive breed under 50lbs can be accommodated with host approval for a $100 pet fee.
-German Shepards, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinchers, or Rottweilers are not allowed.
-All Guests planning to bring a dog MUST inform the host beforehand of the dog's size/breed and confirm that vaccinations/flea meds are up to date.
-Guests who are not transparent and are caught on property with an unauthorized animal will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund.
-Dogs must be crated when left unattended inside the unit. Guests will be accountable for their pet. Any damage or excessive cleaning caused by their dog will be charged to the guest.
-Please be mindful of other guests. If your dog has a tendency to bark, PLEASE DO NOT leave your dog unattended in the unit for long periods of time.
-Guests must agree to keep their dog on a leash at ALL TIMES when walking the property and are responsible for picking up their dog's waste.
-Pets are not allowed on furniture.
-Please bring a bed/blanket for your dog.

This property is a hidden gem that many people just don't know about! The truth is that many owners want to keep this piece of private beach a secret.

The setting is amazing. Enjoy our charcoal grills, and have dinner with your family on our brand new picnic tables. You can enjoy the sunny outdoors, while listening to the sound of waves breaking on the shore, and the aromatic aroma of sea salt in the air!

You just can't beat rolling out of bed, and in a few steps planting your feet into the warm, soft Atlantic Beach sand! Staying on the beach is the way to go! There is no need to worry about crossing busy roads, or paying for parking, etc..

And for those of you with kids, well there are many activities for them as well. There is a large green lawn area, so if they get tired of playing on the beach, they can kick the soccer ball, play horseshoes, or whatever activity sparks their interest.
