Newly remodeled 1000sq ft, two bedroom, two bath, comfortable beach cottage style. Master bedroom has new king size bed, walk in closet and walk in granite shower and countertop. Second bedroom has trundle with two single beds. Second bath has spa tub, shower and granite sink countertop. Large couch/lounger in living room can be used for one person to sleep on.

All new appliances, furniture, cabinets, carpets, furniture, and woodgrain tile flooring. New Gas Stove, Dishwasher, in door water and ice refrigerator, full size in unit washer and gas dryer. Fully stocked with dishes, utensils pots, pans linens and towels. Balcony has 2 lounge chairs, umbrella and gas grill.
No stairs required to access the first level condo from the garage or street. Secure gated community with enclosed garage and one dedicated parking spot. Electric vehicle charging station and visitor parking available.
Unit offers Dish Satellite TV in the living room and Bedroom and wireless internet.
On site access to two hot tub spa's and storage for beach gear, chairs, bikes, surfboards.
Walk directly out to the Strand walkway and the beach. A few blocks walk to the Oceanside harbor rentals and many downtown restaurants and shops.
