No expense spared in 2020 to make this home incredible! Brand-new everything! Private entrance, quiet location only 10 min from the airport & minutes from dwntwn SLC. Has 3 private rooms, 2 have queens & other a triple bunk bed. Sofa is also a bed (sleeps two). Sleeps a total of 10 Has a great deck for grilling. Kitchen is fully equipped. Enjoy fast wifi & TV. Two full bathrooms fully stocked with fresh towels. Freeway access to I-15 & I-80 so you can quickly head up the mtn to ski & play.

This was represented accurately. It is an upstairs unit. The only real issue was parking. I am not sure if the lower unit is also a rental but we were requested to park to the far right leaving access to the garage which was fine. Those staying in the lower unit had some issues parking to the far left or up front. But there is plenty of street parking and we were able to park close when loading.

Great stay with everything you need to stay there. Communication was excellent, we saw there wasn't something we needed, so the owner brought them right over. The only thing to note is, the house is a DUPLEX. We can hear everything that went on downstairs in the middle of the night and smell everything that was being cooked.

There were plenty of blankets and pillows and we were able to cook easily the few times that we did. I had a couple times when I needed to message the host and received a response promptly and they were very respectful.

Space was comfortable enough, light and bright but windows need cleaning and outdoor patio needs attention especially. Kitchen needs more basic amenities like salt and pepper. Furniture makes a lot of sense for six people with big table and stools. A couple more chairs would be nice to accompany couch.

Overall great place, there are some goofy things with the house. Mostly related to sealing and windows. Location was great for skiing and ability to go downtown. Would book again!

Comfortable Stay

Very comfortable apace close to a convenient store. Nice open covered balcony to enjoy the mornings and/or evenings.

The location was very convenient. The bedroom/living space in the duplex was great. The appliances were also great. The duplex was dirty and could use a deep cleaning. We did some cleaning when we arrived just so we could tolerate staying at the location. We found a broken mirror on the balcony and chose not to use the balcony because glass was scattered all around. The beds look good, but they are not comfortable. The queen beds are hard and stiff, and the hide-able fold up bed (bed #10?) is broken and the mattress is very thin. This place has potential with a good cleaning and upgraded beds. The donut shop down the street is amazing!
