Spend your days searching for endless treasures and splash in the waves on the two-and-a-half miles of private Edingsville Beach which can be accessed just a stone's throw from your doorstep. The beauty continues indoors with a spacious living/dining/full kitchen combination featuring comfortable furnishings, beautiful granite countertops, and top-of-the-line appliances to ensure your friends and family are entertained in style! The spacious living area features magnificent hardwood floors, full-view picture windows, and comfortable furnishings guaranteeing the best vacation you've experienced yet. After long days in the sun, cool off on the expansive deck or the screened porch while the chef in your group whips up a Lowcountry feast. Perfect Beach House

We had a wonderful week at Look Out Point! The is very well appointed. The views are beautiful. We definitely plan to return.

Jeremy Cay is a place like no other paradise

The home is lovely. The kitchen is amazing and has everything. The only drawback was internet. It was on some kind of counter. We had three adults working and three kids on devices and we used up the allotment of minutes before the end of our stay. My husband had to leave a day early to be able to go to work to have access. This was a winter retreat with family so we were indoors during a cold snap.

Due to the remote nature of the area, internet speeds aren't always ideal when multiple devices are connected. The Jeremy Cay HOA is discussing options for their homeowners to be able to have access to faster internet speeds, but at this time the satellite option is all that is available. Fortunately, there are a number of local business and a public library in the area that are happy to host folks that may need stronger internet for working while vacationing on Edisto. Intimate Wedding Weekend

My fiancé - now husband - and I wanted a small intimate wedding on the beach with our children and a couple of friends. We were looking for a nice place where we could all stay together and celebrate with a beautiful view and access to the beach. Lookout Point was PERFECT! There were 9 of us and plenty of space. We were all able to dine together in the beautiful and well stocked kitchen. Meals were supper easy to prepare and lay out due to the wonderful counter space. The deck was a perfect place to hangout and the view again is amazing. The Nest at the top of the spiral staircase offered a wonderful place to start the day watching the dolphins pass by. There is a ping pong table we didn’t know they would have until we arrived which was perfect and a fav family pastime!! A couple of the adults used the kayaks one morning and were ‘swimming’ with the dolphins! Rooms were nicely decorated and clean...the showers upstairs made some noises but worked perfectly! Overall sooo please with our decision to stay here and we will be back! Thanks for a beautiful place to make a day even more special!
