The Whitney Cottage is a newer home located a few blocks from Downtown Main Street! This house has everything to come relax and enjoy the Texas Hill Country. Contact-less entry is a wonderful feature at The Whitney Cottage! No key to keep up with and no one to meet up with - just go straight to the house. This home includes 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds with 2 full baths! Open concept living and dining area to enjoy visiting while cooking in a fully stocked kitchen! There are rocking chairs on the front patio to enjoy morning coffee! There are rocking chairs on the back patio with string lights to relax and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening! The property is also gated with keypad entry! One block away is the Herb Farm with a beautiful spa! The Whitney Cottage is great for extended stays, romantic destination, or a weekend getaway! Pets welcome!

Comfortable & Cozy & Perfectly Equipped

We stayed in this lovely cottage last year for my husband's birthday, and he wanted to return for his birthday this year. The property is adorable, well cared for, comfortable, clean, the yard is lovely and fully fenced and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The home is stocked with snacks and drinks and bathroom luxuries and a lovely coffee bar. We loved it the first time and could not wait to return this time. Excellent owner communication. Just a great property - HIGHLY recommend.

Stay at Stephanie’s was absolutely wonderful!

The property was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. The location was ideal, just a short walk from local shops and restaurants. Stephanie was an exceptional host. She was quick to respond to any questions and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. She knew we were celebrating a birthday, we arrived to cupcakes, thank you Stephanie! I felt completely at home and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for a fantastic experience!

Texas/OU Weekend

Great place. Very clean. The snacks, drinks, and other accommodations were great. Communications with owners were prompt when needing tv assistance. We come every Texas/OU weekend, best spot yet. We will return.

The Cypress Bunch

We planned a mini vacay weekend and rented 3 different homes for the 11 of us. This was the one where my husband and I stayed, and it was perfect. Stephanie thought of all the little extras to make it a relaxing place to stay. The house was spotless, and the street was very quiet. Our weekend included nice temps, and it was windy. Great for walking Main Street. We highly recommend this house for your Fredericksburg stay.

Well equipped comfortable home.

Well equipped home. Didnt travel with children or dogs, but this home is perfect for it with a fenced back yard. Very comfortable beds. All the kitchen items we needed. Loved the gas stove. Thank you for the snacks!!! We all enjoyed them. Highly recommend this home.

Whitney Cottage

We were in Fredericksburg for a family gathering. Our daughter and her two teenage sons and her partner came from NY. The cottage was perfect for the six of us. We had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The boys loved all of the treats and drinks that were provided.

Great stay

This is a very nice property for families and their pets. It is clean, convenient and comfortable. The host provided thoughtful and helpful amenities that improved our stay. We would definitely stay there again.

Very clean house. It was fenced and had electronic gate. Very close to downtown area.

It was great. She provided some water and snacks as extra. We all enjoyed the place. Fenced in yard for the dog and electronic gate. Felt very safe. Close to downtown are.

Above and beyond!

Stephanie was the best VRBO host I've had! The next-level service of sundries, drinks, K-cups, etc., was much appreciated. Although not an easy walk to Main St, the drive was swift and simple. Pet-friendly is more like PET-LOVING...bowls for food/water and extra leashes/toys were available. Simple check-out instructions as well. Despite the "record heat," we had a blast! THANKS!

Loved our stay!

We loved staying here. This property was everything described and more. It was so adorable! It was clean, cozy and close to the town. The hostess was very hospitable and made us feel welcome. She even left dog treats for our small pups. We look forward to staying here again in the fall.

Excellent Choice

We loved our stay at Whitney Cottage. The charming house was exactly what we expected. Our hostess communicated everything from check in to restaurants to activities clearly. She was very helpful. An unexpected treat was the home was stocked with anything we might need. The bathrooms had toiletries and the kitchen had drinks, coffe, teas, and snacks. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Fredericksburg Stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Whitney Cottage! The host was incredibly helpful and hospitable to us while we were there. The are guide she sent was so helpful in choosing where we would go each day, and the snacks and drinks in the fridge was such a homey touch! We spent hours by the fire and playing cornhole in the sunshine. We hope we get to stay with them again in the future!

This is a MUST stay VRBO! A charming house that is newly remodeled in a nice, quiet neighborhood! There is plenty of space inside and 2 covered porches. Stephanie has so many extras amenities in this house; and also a coffee bar, snack bar and drinks in the frig! The kitchen is furnished with everything you would need to cook if you don't want to eat out. You WILL LOVE this home! We will definitely stay here again! Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful few days!

Amazing!

The Whitney Collage was just as advertised. Stephanie was a great host. The property was very clean and well maintained. The snacks and drinks were an added bonus. The bathrooms were stocked with just about anything you'd need. I would definitely stay here again. 5 Stars for sure.

Awesome charming cottage!!

I’ve stayed in a lot of vrbo rentals and this was by far one of my favorites!! The attention to detail was incredible. They absolutely thought of everything. I loved the Christmas bedding and all the snacks and drinks, too. We will definitely stay here again…💚💚💚

Charming Hill Country Escape

This adorable home situated blocks from Main Street in adorable Fredericksburg Texas was the perfect location to celebrate my husband's birthday. We brought our dogs and the completely fenced yard with the automatic gate made the travel experience with our fur boys great. The house was decorated in Christmas loveliness with every detail addressed - from the dog bowls and leashes to the plethora of lotions and body sprays in the master - nothing was missed. The supply of sodas and waters and snacks as well as a fully equipped kitchen was tremendously appreciated. We enjoyed the fire pit and the outdoor lights and were very comfortable in the location and the neighborhood. We had a terrific time and will return - thanks to our host Stephanie this was a great memory for my husband's 71st birthday.
