Sweet Sunday House

We enjoyed our stay very much. Plenty of coffee and tea options provided. Comfortable beds and good showers always a plus. Very convenient area.

Perfect stay

The house was super cute, cozy, clean, and perfect for our group. It had everything we would need. It felt like home! Great location- just a couple mins drive from Main Street.

Perfect weekend getaway

Charming house on a quiet street, just a couple of blocks off Main St. Comfortable bed & living area. Well stocked coffee bar was a really nice surprise.

Beautiful house

It was a great stay! Beautiful and comfortable house with great amenities. We will definitely stay here again. Great location also. Short drive to everything.

Charming cottage

Loved the house’s historical charm with stain glass windows and the antique kitchen sink along with modern touches! Bathrooms were all updated too! Check in was a breeze and the location was walkable to Main Street (for me).

Cute house in downtown Fredericksburg

This is a lovely home in walking distance of almost everything. Host was amazing. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect Dollhouse

The property was a perfect getaway. It had everything you could need and was an easy walk to Main Street. I would definitely recommend it to friends.

30th Anniversary Trip

We came to Fredericksburg for our 30th anniversary and chose this cute modern farm house. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was great. We had no issues and enjoyed all the special touches. Our weekend was great!

Charming property!

This little home was great for 4 ladies. Having 2 bathroom was great for getting ready. We enjoyed sitting outside after our wine tours enjoying the breezes in the backyard. Thank you for having us!

Perfect space and amenities!

Me and 3 friends did a weekend trip and this was the perfect house! We made breakfast and hung out at night in the living room and the house had everything we needed! I would recommend this house to anyone with 4 guests! And the neighborhood cat was PERFECT!

Wonderful place to stay!

Came here for a girls trip and the home did not disappoint!! It’s so cozy and comfortable with every want covered. We cooked breakfast in the well apportioned kitchen, the coffee bar amenities were to die for❤️ the home was so comfortable. The beds are nice-tankless hot water heater so plenty of hot water for the 2 showers. Super clean!! We spent every evening at the fire pit enjoying our wine we bought as we toured Fredericksburg. I would stay here again and again!

Great getaway for the girls!

This house is so close to Main St but just enough off to be quiet. Rikki was easy to communicate with and provided the information we needed to stay at the house. The little touches were great! Super comfy beds for the 3 of us. Never even turned on the TV so can't comment on that, but we did shop until we literally dropped onto the couch/chair each day. I would definitely book here again.

Cute cottage

Cute cottage, layed back quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to shops. Room set up is a little quarky, must go through 2nd bedroom to access living room. Not an issue for us, though. My family absolutely loved it. Only thing that needs attention is the noisy ceiling fan in living room and the water heater needs to be reset or something. It gets cold pretty fast. Other than that, the place is quite charming and the outside spaces are just as nice. Definitely worth going back to.

Quaint, Near Downtown

The property has been redone in a 1930s retro look which they did really well. The home is very clean and I really like that the bathrooms have enough counter space, towels, etc. The beds are soft but still comfortable. Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Thanks for the opportunity!

Great stay!

Short, two night stay but very comfortable bungalow! Beds were very comfortable and loved the back yard fire pit and large, fenced yard. Walking distance to downtown or short drive. Will stay again!
