Large round dining table open to living and kitchen area perfect for games or just sitting around visiting. Split bedroom plan with adjoining bathrooms. The front porch is perfect for morning coffee and then in the evening sip some wine under a large outdoor pavilion. Whole-house backup generator ensures continued comfort in the event of power outage.

Birthday getaway

Fabulous weekend. The house was decorated for Christmas and it was beautiful. We enjoy the back patio and the fire pit. Probably could have walked to Main St, but we drove. House was stocked with all the basics. Plenty of extra blankets for lounging around. Perfect place for 6 adults."

Great girls trip!

We fell in love with this sweet house! The space is perfect for a girls trip and the large dining table was great for board games. Our only downside was some of the beds were a bit hard for our liking but that's a personal preference.

Wonderful getaway!

This home was lovely inside and out. The host was quick to respond and actually set up a Christmas tree for us which we thoroughly enjoyed. The location was perfect. The neighborhood was nice and quiet with nearby dogs or a dog but nothing that interfered with our stay. My family enjoyed our stay and I wish we'd booked a few more days. We'll definitely keep this home in mind for future travels. Highly recommend!

Cute house with beautiful backyard

This house was perfect for our girls weekend. It was a short walk to town. The three bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The backyard was spacious and the perfect spot to drink morning coffee or evening wine.

Fredericksburg Weekend

My family met in Fredericksburg for a weekend family reunion. My sister and I stayed at the house and completely enjoyed ourselves. The house was perfect, well equipped and the neighborhood very quiet. I completely recommend this Vrbo rental! Thank you Heidi!

We booked a weekend trip to Fredericksburg to celebrate a birthday and wedding anniversary. House we stayed at was immaculate, well stocked, and in a great neighborhood five minutes from Main Street.

Wonderful stay

It was a wonderful weekend. Heidi was very accommodating. Wonderful house with great backyard to play in. The location is great. A short .4 mile walk to main and close to wineries. We hope to be back. Thank you for a wonderful weekend.

Excellent Property

This house was such a great place for a high school friends reunion (70 year olds now)! Beautiful outdoor patio where we could gather and chit chat. Everything was comfortable and inviting. It was perfect!

This house was spacious and beautifully furnished. We really enjoyed the pavilion in the back yard. We ate dinner out there twice and even enjoyed a rainstorm under its cover. My family loved it.

Fantastic location

Very clean. Hostess was kind and accommodating. We really liked sitting in the backyard and talking about our travels. If/when we find ourselves in Fredericksburg again, we hope to stay here!

Blue Bonnet trip

There were 3 couples total in our group. The house was lovely. Plenty of space, great backyard and location. Quiet street and very safe. Kitchen was well equipped. We had morning coffee and cocktails outside under the pergola. We would stay there again.
