5 Bedroom, 4.5 Bath Ocean View in Emerald Isle! Private gated community with pool, pickle ball, tennis courts, most importantly access to beach only steps away (Golf cart & beach wagon for carrying all the essentials). Well equipped kitchen, linen service, kids playroom - including a crib. Recent remodel w/ navy West Elm sofas in living room w/ blue chambray chairs, new floors, 2 new showers. You have plenty of room to spread out as house sits up on a dune with a completely private backyard, 2 decks (upper wrap around and lower) with teak table for outdoor dining. House has a great layout for families (2 bedrooms on top floor, 2 bedrooms on main floor, and 1 bedroom/extra LR on bottom floor)

Amenities: 2 desks w/ printer & fast Wifi for teleworking. Just bring your clothes- new beach chairs, 4 bicycles, bocci ball set, golf cart, sand toys - everything you need for a family vacation! Full size baby crib, bassinet, infant tub, 2 high-chairs, pack-n-play, and MamaRoo Swing. Great private back yard for quick trips outside with doggies and kiddos. Beaches are not crowded. Watch the dolphins in late afternoon swimming in ocean! Weather in Fall, Spring are amazing with 60s-80s temps. Winter is mild as well and perfect time for dolphin watching.

Open concept living (2 sofas + 2 chairs)/ dining (10- ft table) seats 8-12. Additional Teak table on upper deck is perfect for dinner with the sound of waves crashing. House has garage for beach storage and new grill, outdoor shower behind laundry room, extra frig in laundry. Kitchen is well-equipped with all of the essentials…new Pottery Barn dishes, Keurig coffee pot, Dutch oven, stock pot, new crockpot, Green pots/pans, spices. We even leave a cooler on site for your use at the beach.

Play tennis and pickle ball at private courts - 1st come 1st serve (2 tennis court locations, 1 tennis & 1 pickle ball). Laundry room w/ full washer and dryer - use our beach towels so you can pack less (you wash).

Recently renovated kitchen with butcher block peninsula and white quartz counter tops. Renovated baths with beautiful white quartz. Home has abundant parking to accommodate 3 cars in main drive, with 4 additional in lower drive. (7 total). Golf cart makes trips to the beach, pool , or tennis courts more efficient. House is only 4 houses away from nearest access point. Quiet and peaceful family neighborhood with great security. So many restaurants nearby for takeout (we'll leave you a list) and Food Lion and Publix. Pine Knoll Shores Aqaurium- 20 min, Emerald Isle park (maybe 1 mile) for runners, and paddle boarding.

Linens: We order towels and linens for your stay. We also offer our beach towels as a convenience - just wash beach towels and return to laundry room. If you prefer to bring your own linens and towels, we can deduct fee upon request. Just added blackout curtains in the main floor bedrooms.

HOA requires 2 week minimum.

We had an amazing time staying at this property for our vacation. The neighborhood was great and the beach was very big and not overcrowded. The house was fully stocked and easily accommodated the three families that we had staying there. The host was responsive and was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back to this property next year.

Great property very well equipped and clean. Lots of room for all ages. Pool access is great to have. Beach was never crowded at this location. Very quiet at night.

Amazing vacation

House and location are beautiful! The house has all the amenities you’d want and the owner was very friendly and responsive to all my questions. The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. I hope to book this home again soon!

Awesome family place!

This place had everything a multigenerational family could want! The home easily accommodated my wife and I, our three adult children, their significant others, and two grandchildren (newborn and toddler). Katie was a wonderful and responsive host.

Some listed amenities are not well maintained. AC in basement did not work. Washing machine quit working. Host communication was great.

Great Property

We had a great time at this beach house with no name - LOL. Loved the neighborhood location and was very quiet. Beach time was great every day when it did not rain. House is well cared for and maintained. Plenty of room for all. Katie was a great host and took care of all our questions and needs in a timely manner.

Great Family Beach Rental

Fantastic stay at this wonderfully stocked Beach home in a beautiful gated community of Emerald Isle. Short walk or golf cart ride to beach. A bonus to be able to bring our small dogs. Great restaurants & shopping nearby including 2 grocery stores. The beach access seemed like a private beach. Pool & tennis courts including pickle ball was a nice beach alternative & very well kept. So nice that so many bikes, golf cart & beach supplies were available for our use!! We will rent this property again as it works well for extended family!! Very kid friendly!!

Home away from home

This place has it all. The kitchen was the most well-stocked I’ve ever seen. More gadgets, appliances, cookware, and bakeware for all types of food prep. Extras like tea towels, and beach towels, soap at every sink, cleaning supplies and a great assortment of spices are just icing on the cake. The beds are good, the place was clean, very chid-friendly, stocked with beach supplies, and the golf cart is a game changer. Katie was phenomenal to work with, she was so responsive and kind! I wish I could’ve met her!

Great location!

Love the neighborhood and proximity to EI shopping and activities. The beach is an easy walk and not crowded. House was just fine for our group. Previous renters had left quite a bit of stuff in the closets and pantry, so the owner may want to sort through that at some point. The owner is very generous to let renters use all of the chairs and bikes in the garage! The only snafu was the gate attendant as he got a little confused with names and parking passes for our group. Not a big deal, just something for the owner to be aware of for future guests.

Had a wonderful vacation at the gorgeous community Land's End home. The lay out was perfect for 5 adults and 2 small children to have together & separate time. Katie was a fantastic host through the entire process; all as described and wonderfully accommodating. Our 2 yr old grandson said "This is the best beach house ever!!". He was thrilled to choose new books/toys to play with each day and the golf cart brought an abundance of smiles. Beach access is closer than it looks from pix..easy to walk or just fun to ride 'n take stuff for young family too! Yes! Uncrowded too! Pool area was beautiful & center in plan. Wonderful grounds, friendly people. Tennis & Pickle ball courts great. Loved the location close to bike 'n walking trail, eateries and shopping. OBX Boil fun easy dinner on deck one night! We appreciated all that was offered for our stay and thank the owner for being so hospitable!!

Great Beach Home

Katie was a great hostess and responded immediately to any questions. We have been vacationing in this area for 20 years and the home we use to rent for numerous years sold so this was our first time at a new beach home and it was awesome! The kitchen is well stocked, great location, and has all the beach necessities!

Emerald Isle family house

We had a great time at this house! This is a great location with easy biking access to both EI and the Point. House fit our large family and two dogs just right. Home owners were very easy to contact and work with; and extremely thoughtful hosts. Absolutely would rent this house again.

perfect family getaway

It was the perfect place for our family to stay together. There was room for all. Fully equipped kitchen made it easy for us to cook our own meals. It was a short walk to the beach. The host was very hospitable and went out of her way to make our stay more comfortable.

Awesome stay in Emerald Isle

Had a fantastic relaxing stay in Katie’s awesome house. Plenty of room for everyone and you could see and hear the ocean from the house. Great views from deck!! Very comfortable home and loved that it was dog friendly. Short walk to the beach in a gorgeous neighborhood. My kids loved using the golf cart and the outside shower the best. Would definitely recommend and good to stay again soon.

Emerald Isle

This was our first trip to Emerald Isle and we will be back. The house is great - so close to the beautiful beach, bright and roomy. Lots of cooking supplies to accommodate stay-at-home meals and wonderful views. The owners provided lots of helpful information prior to arrival and were quick to respond to any questions. The community is quiet and safe for kids to bike around and there is easy access to the bike trail that can take you as far as you want to go!

We are NC natives, love the NC coastline - it is incredible at Emerald Isle (not too big, not too small) Our goal - to make your beach vacation feel like home! We started in Summer of 2020 creating this getaway for our family and hopefully yours as well. Trust me - we know how important it is to be comfortable w/ kids on vacation. Our typical renters are multi-generational families who gather to spend quality time with parents, grandparents, kids. Our area is a not your typical beach rental - a true quiet oasis.

This neighborhood is special - quiet, beach is not as crowded, room to spread out. When you drive in, you'll notice the beautiful ponds, laid back pace, golf carts, lots of dog walkers, 3-4 beach access points. No need to drive a car to the beach. We are walking distance to the point - a much deeper beach area that wraps around to the sound.

Truly feels like a home away from home. My husband jokes that it’s much cleaner than our home. You’ll have privacy with yard, 2 driveways, garage full of beach stuff, and a nice area to walk, ride golf cart. View is amazing - with house elevated on hill. You can see sunrise and sunset! Layout is perfect for multi-family situation/privacy.
