Cozy two bedroom cottage located right on Lake Winnipesaukee. Enjoy quiet evenings grilling out on the deck over looking the water. A perfect place to access beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee with a private dock with room to tie up one boat. Three season cottage. This is a rustic, no frills cottage, with bi fold windows. If the wind blows while it’s raining you’ll get the full cottage experience with a light mist and a little water trickling inside. It’s all part of the rustic cottage experience. The beds are comfy, the loons are dreamy, and the view is spectacular. Equipped with gas fire place and electric heaters for those cool nights. Have a few extra guests? Two futons located in the living room that can quickly be made into beds. Pet friendly home with bedroom and bathroom linens provided. Easy access to rental boats and Marina facilities as the cottage sits alongside the historic Goodhue Boat Company Meredith. One of the oldest Winnipesaukee marinas since 1919.

Cute clean waterside cabin

This cabin was close to most attractions in the area. The cabin was clean and was perfect for our stay!

Rustic Cottage

We loved it here. I hope it never changes. Great access for a boat and our little dog loved sitting on the deck. Brought us back to our childhood Camp on the lake❤️

We enjoyed our stay. Great location on the water with a dock for our boat. We loved that we could bring our dog. It was as advertised. Cabin on the water. We are happy with our stay.

Cabin on the Lake

We were there for bike week and it was perfect for us. A nice little cabin about ten miles away from Weirs Beach, quiet and right on the lake. I would 100% book again.

Nice rustic style cabin. We stayed there while doing Laconia bike week and couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Right on the lake, short drive into Meredith and Laconia for shopping/stuff to do, and the marina next door wasn’t bothersome. Would definitely go back again!

End of Summer stay

The listing is spot on. A classically rustic lake cabin with a lot of charm. Great decor with nostalgic big lake decor.with nice touches. The dock was easily accessible and the Marina provided some great entertainment. We would def make a return trip!

Lake cottage

Rustic Camp right on Lake Winni

Accurate description of camp, just what we were looking for with amazing sunrises!! Being from a family who owned a camp built around the same time it was very enjoyable. There were a few glitches and Jessie was always available but seemed unaware of of people coming for various things including removing the grill while we were away on the last evening there. It would have been more enjoyable if all the windows and screens were working and cob webs wiped away in and outside of the camp and a rake to the back entrance/yard would give it the feeling it was well taken care of. Great place, but not for the price which even that was in question from the listing to the actual cost.

Beautiful lakeside property

My family and I recently enjoyed a week long stay at this rustic retreat. We had no problems and therefore I had no reason to bother Cody the property owner so I left that rating blank. The lake is gorgeous, the house quaint. My advice to future renters is do your due diligence…this property is adjacent to a public boat launch and a bustling marine business. That being said, they don’t start too early and are done by 5 or 6 pm. You are centrally located to any and all amenities you could possibly want and or need. Everyone enjoyed themselves and our dog even learned to swim!

Serious ant problem

We were so excited to head to the lake for our vacation, and was even able to check in early (communication was top notch with both owners). However upon arrival we walked into a massive ant infestation. I did send a message to owners and they had the property keepers come right over but all they did was vacuum them up. We were not able to keep any of our food out and had to spray the property ourselves with some treatment they had under the sink. Additionally the description of this property is a little misleading. Yes it is right in the water, however the water is all muck and the stairs that lead you into it need a lot of TLC. They should also have mentioned that you are attached to a marina so the traffic from that is loud and constant. Overall I would give this a 3 star for the communication piece, but the property itself was a disappointment.

Amazing cabin on the water

This cabin was more than we hoped for... it’s rustic,quaint and well appointed with all kitchen items you would ever need. The bathroom was very clean and updated.

Great Lake Getaway

We enjoyed our stayed at the cottage. The description and pictures accurately depicted the home. It is in need of some TLC and areas like the deck could use a good cleaning. However, the house had everything we needed and nothing we didn’t. The views through the front windows were absolutely amazing the sunsets and moons were incredible! We rented a pontoon and docked it at the house. We were able to use our kayaks right from the cottage and our dog enjoyed swimming at the cottage. We enjoyed the activity at the boat basin it was fun watching all the boats come in and out. We loved the house and would definitelt stay again!

Cottage with character

Very old cottage right on the lake but has some awesome decorations from years ago. Nice linens and towels. Comfortable beds. Updated bathroom. Handy stackable small size washer/dryer which we did use. A majority of windows open but a few don’t have screens. Nice deck and gas grill. Plenty of cookware. Right next to the boat basin where you can conveniently rent a boat, the private dock is attached to the boat building. Noisy area from the forklift when they’re busy putting boats in and out of the lake. It would be nice to have curtains on the windows of the master bedroom that look into the living room. Maybe it was an addition at one time and the windows were left in place. Sliding magnetic screen doors we didn’t find until the 2nd day. Was nice to have on the very hot days! Ceiling fans in the living room and both bedrooms with a couple of additional table fans. Prompt response from the owner with any questions.

Listing not accurate, property in poor condition

This property needs attention. The listing is inaccurate and the property needs some love. The beds are double, not queen. One of the futons is at a permanent 45 degree angle. The front screens are falling off, the curtains have holes in them, and there is no good place to swim once you're out a few feet. there are only two outside chairs. If you run and jumnp off the end of the dock you are jumping onto rocks (yes, we looked first). It was not very clean. For instance a quick windex of the table turned the paper towel black. Not a place we would go back to.
