In Surfside 609, you'll find plenty of space to spread out and relax. This brightly lit, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with views from each room breaks down like this: the first bedroom has a Queen size bed, 48 inch TV and full length windows and slider to access balcony. There is a bathroom off of the living area with a tub/shower combo and a washer and dryer. The second bedroom has Gulf views and balcony access with two Queen beds and a 48 inch TV. There is a bathroom off the entry way of this bedroom with a stand alone shower. Rounding out your accommodations is a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare delicious meals! Great Stay

Great stay, everything was advertised. Only complaint would be the elevators have to be the slowest around! Not the owners fault there are a lot of people staying there, so things like that happen. All in all great stay will be back again sometime!

Excellent View

This was a wonderful property to stay at. The resort was very nice. The view from the patio was amazing. We ate every meal out there overlooking the gulf. Definitely recommend it.

Great place to relax

Loved the condo, clean and spacious! Many amenities and smooth process for check in and out. Parking was easy and accessible. Will definitely consider returning.

Miramar Beach stay

We enjoyed our week at the beach. Location was good! Saw dolphins from our balcony. Rented a golf cart. Great fun!

Nice that is was close to beach. There was food on the counter and microwave when we arrived... could have been cleaned better. Patio doors didn't lock.

Great getaway!

I stayed with 2 friends and had plenty of room. Great location. Loved that they had a cooler to bring to the beach and a couple of chairs. The little extras make a difference. The only thing I wish they had were beach towels for the beach or pool.

Great spot

Overall great experience. Two small issues. Check in was a bit bumpy as a parking pass isn’t issued until check in so had to find parking as we came in early and no beach chair service until check in HOA rules - nbd. Beds were a bit soft but the location and view are worth it. Mirimar beach is magnificent

Perfect Location

Great location. Easy parking and elevator access to room. Plenty of luggage carts and grocery carts in lobby for convenience. Early access code was given to us, but didn't work. Used access code for after 4 pm that was provided. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. All beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The mattress toppers, at the very least, should be replaced.

Fantastic location!!

PROS: Location is A+. Free beach service is a major bonus as that costs $40 or more per day at other places. My family actually prefers Miramar Beach to Destin. Destin is a bit "too much going on" in my opinion. Beds were comfy, place was clean and remodeled. Clean pool and hotubs and nice pool bathrooms too CONS: I wish laundry detergent and another roll or two of toilet paper were included. Toaster was broken and not stay down. Main bathtub drain was clogged. I had to reset the AC twice as it went out. Simply turn off AC, wait 3 minutes and turn back on seemed to do the trick. All in all...great place and would stay here again. Highly recommended.

Easter Weekend

The condo is nicely renovated. It’s probably one of the nicest in the resort with a fair price. The check in process went smoothly. They communicate thru text message and/ or email. We enjoyed the restaurant downstairs. I would highly recommend the hamburgers!! This condo is an easy walk to the gas station and a 3 min drive to Winn Dixie, wine & sprits and Chick-fil-A. If you want to rent a bike, call a few days before arriving., most places with deliver them to you. I would highly suggest getting a drink at the bar while enjoying the bonfire on the beach.(Friday nights) It’s a great way to end the night.

Check it was terrible, took me 2 hours after late check in to get a room code Extra charge for clean

Horrible at first due to check in issues, beds are hard, sink water line broke and one of my friends slipped and fell. I tried to get the property manager 3 times now she won’t reply. Oh you see that $$$ charge for cleaning fee ? Well clean up room before you leave if not she will charge you extra $$$. Bring toilet paper, soap, trash bags because although you’re paying a lot for your stay they won’t provide you for no more than a day worth of essentials. Terrible experience, bad service and the property manager is the worst !!

Very Cute Beach Get Away!

We came here for a quick couple's getaway for my husband's birthday. Its in a high rise building with several condos, ours faced the gulf and it was peaceful and perfect for us! The location is amazing and very close to a lot of great restaurants and shopping! My only slight issue was the check in process. We had a late flight and didn't get in until late. You have to have a parking pass, towing is strictly enforced. Eventually, we found the front entrance and there was a phone # to call security after hours. The man came and created us a parking pass. Once we parked our rental, we were able to locate and access our rental with ease. I saw a few other reviews where people ran into this same issue. I even saw it first hand with guests at this resort, these details should be better disclosed, I think I was only able to find this information because I sought it out. Other than that, this rental worked great for our party and I'd absolutely recommend this unit! :)
