This home was built in 2013. It was designed to be a vacation rental. Please compare homes before booking. This home has 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. LARGE areas in the house for groups and alot of areas to get away if you so desire (ie., observation tower). It has a HUGE deck with seating for 20 and amazing views, has a natural gas grill. Dining room seats 20 people. Lower level has an amazing game room with pool table and foosball table. City water, sewer, natural gas, high speed internet. All pavement no gravel. This home also boasts a unique 2 level observation tower for 360 degree viewing the Black Hills- Relaxation does not get better than this!
NEW FOR 2023: New carpet, bedding, linens, towels.
NEW FOR 2022: Large Napolean gas grill.
NEW FOR 2021: New living room furniture, TV's, oven/range.

The view, the location, the home it's self. All great. This would be such a great spot for anyone with a large group. The basement entertaining area is top notch! Hot Tub & view of Deadwood... will stay again!

Beautiful location with an amazing view! The house was very convenient with the 4 king suites and a bunk bed room for the kids. Many amenities. Very clean and inviting. We would definitely stay here again!

Twelve guys found this place to be perfect for their excursion to see the Black Hills on motorcycles. Plenty of room for sleeping, gethering and parking motorcycles and trailer rigs.

The property is beautiful and exactly as advertised. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. Amenities provided were more than you need, just do your own shopping and the rest takes care of itself. There is a guest book to mark down your occasion and you can see all other guests who've also enjoyed their time and stories. 15/10 definitely the place to call home your next visit to the Lead area!

We originally booked the VBRO in October 2025 for July 1-8 as a family reunion retreat. April Two members had to back out for Mmedical surgery. The day before check in 6 others famiy had to cancel flights due to a death within the family. But the group of 4 advised they had the best time. The home was huge and would have been perfect for a large gatherings. The home is highly recommended

We had a family of (14) people, all the rooms were accommodating and the older kids enjoyed the bunk room and rec room! The private bathrooms in each room was a definite plus! We made wonderful memories!

We recently stayed at this wonderful property in Lead, South Dakota, with three couples, and it exceeded our expectations. There were so many bedrooms to choose from, giving everyone plenty of space and privacy. The beds were comfortable, and the large dining area easily accommodated our group with plenty of seating for meals and game nights.One of our favorite features was the outdoor deck overlooking the town and the SURF Sanford Underground Research Facility. The views were incredible, especially at night when the sky was filled with stars. We also enjoyed seeing the abundance of wildlife, including turkeys and deer, right in the area.The location was perfect for exploring the Black Hills. We were close to Deadwood's restaurants and attractions and had easy access to the Badlands, Devils Tower, Needles Highway, Custer State Park, Mount Rushmore, and the famous 1880 Train. It was the ideal home base for our adventures.The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax after busy days of sightseeing. We had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. We would gladly stay here again!

The home provides alot of privacy, while situated close to activities and shopping. It sleeps up to 20 persons, so it is ideal for multiple families to come enjoy the year round activities of the area - skiing, snow mobile, hiking, off roading, fishing and more.
