The street car and bus stop are 2 blocks away which takes you to the French quarter, uptown and all over the city.

You’ll love my place as it's in a quiet neighborhood yet close to the action. Perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. There is unrestricted street parking. Smart TVs with local and premium channels, Hulu and Netflix. Free in unit Washer and dryer. Stove and oven as well as an Air fryer and Microwave.

** Please Note ** This is a garden level ground floor apartment that has lower ceilings and doorways. Be forewarned - anyone over six feet tall may find this dwelling uncomfortable.
In other words, if you are Louis Armstrong (5’6”); Miles Davis (5’7”); John Coltrane (5’8”); Dr John (5’9”); Cab Calloway (5’10”); or Trombone Shorty (5’11) you’ll be comfortable. If you are Duke Ellington (6’1”) or Big Freedia (6”2) you may not be.
