Everything was great! Has a few more cobwebs than I like in the house and stink bugs than usual. I guess the mountains are a little more buggy than the beach! It’s probably just time for a good deep clean. We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful pet friendly property with beautiful views. We enjoyed our stay. It was perfect and close to everything we wanted to do. The property manager Ron was super responsive and easy to communicate with.

The Host and the property manager were excellent communicators, answering all questions and concerns promptly. The property was beautiful, the view of the mountains at sunrise and sunset was like something out of a dream.

Wonderful stay for ladies trip with family! Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Well equipped kitchen. The location was amazing with beautiful Mountain views!

The Royal Cottage was perfect for our long weekend in Asheville. It's well located between Asheville and Hendersonville, clean, spacious and well-equipped!

Nice place

The home was a comfortable stay for a long weekend! Beds were nice, and bathrooms were updated and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was the pull out bed in the couch. It probably needs to be checked & cleaned after each stay. Lots on dog hair, crumbs & dead insects. So we found frustrating and changed our sleeping arrangements. Other then that it was clean and check in & out was easy. Very good location. Beautiful view.

Family Time!

We had a great visit in North Carolina! This house was wonderful! Such beautiful views from the decks, the beds were comfy, it was quiet and peaceful at the end of busy, activity filled days!

Very nice neighborhood

Very clean house, very nice quiet neighborhood, very close to all stores and needs, but still feels like you're far away from thr city noise.
