The Graham Street House is a lovely open floor plan on a secluded, wooded street very close to Main Street Boerne. This home has all the modern amenities and is a brief, lovely walk to restaurants and shops. It has a private, tree-filled back yard and parking right out front.

Highly recommend!

Our host was amazing and responsive. We really enjoyed the pool. And my wife was impressed with how clean the property was! A wonderful time away.

Lovely Family Trip

House was just as described - open, lots of windows and natural light, nice kitchen set up. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Outdoor space great for hanging out. Quick to downtown area.

Wedding Weekend

This property was truly amazing! It was our wedding weekend and we used it for our “base” and it was the perfect place for all the girls to get ready day of! We would absolutely stay here again!

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable

The owner, Hunter, was an excellent host. He was very nice and helpful. Terrific property that was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, too! Great experience! We will definitely be back!

Exceptional Property just as described

From first entry to leaving we were delighted with the property. Very clean, excellent equipment, good sized bedrooms all topped off with the excellent outside area and stunning pool. Location is great for an easy walk into Bourne.

Perfect place to stay

This house was fantastic! We traveled from Oregon to visit our daughter in Texas and this was the perfect place to stay. The home was nice and open and had everything we needed and the beds were absolutely comfortable! The pool was awesome. The weather was so hot while we visited and it was the perfect hang out place. The host checked in on us and was very helpful.

Couples Weekend

We had a wonderful time exploring Boerne from Hunter’s home. This house was beautiful and had everything we needed to have a great weekend. The house’s location made all the activities and shops on Main St. accessible by walking. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Get Away

This property is excellent! If you are looking for a private and relaxing retreat, look no further! My family of 6 enjoyed the private pool and amazing outdoor living space. The beds were very comfortable featuring Pottery Barn bedding and extra pillows. The kitchen has everything you need! Paper goods such as paper towels, kleenex and toilet paper were well stocked. They even provided beach towels for use during our stay. We brought our own basketball and had fun using the basketball hoop in the backyard. The property owner was super responsive. We will definitely rent this property again!

Great host

This home made our trip great. It was comfortable and very clean. Welcoming and so much fun with the pool. We’re into cooking and this kitchen had everything we needed. We’re so appreciative that Hunter makes this wonderfully located home available.

A quiet neighborhood, a tranquil backyard and a nicely appointed home made for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed strolling the short distance to downtown, cooking out on the grill and dining beside the pool.

We had a great time during our stay. It was super hot in Boerne the five days we were there and the shaded pool was a big hit in the evening. The beds were super comfy and the house very clean. Thank you again Hunter.

Kid Free Getaway

The property was very clean. It looks just like the photos. We enjoyed the pool between exploring the town and going to dinner. It’s well stocked with things essentials. Pretty quiet neighborhood.

Amazing Property

This property was amazing… close to downtown; close to several places; and surprisingly quiet…my crew loved the space, the pool, it is a cute house… the BEDs were like sleeping on clouds… owner was very easy to work with and fast to reply!!! We will be back…

Lovely home...

This was a great home, perfectly decorated and outfitted with all we needed. The beds were especially comfortable (would love to know what kind of mattresses they are!). Location was great; convenient to all we wanted to do. Pool and outside seating area was especially nice and private. Communication with owners was easy and prompt. We highly recommend this home and will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Perfect Boerne Get Away!

Our family of 6 adults enjoyed this rental. The location is great since it is a short walk to downtown. The size of the house was very comfortable and the backyard, where we spent a lot of our time, was awesome. It is very private and relaxing. The clean pool was much appreciated since it was 100 degrees when we were visiting! I would definitely rent this property again. Thanks so much for helping make our visit perfect.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this property last summer. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time, we decided to come back. Hunter is a great host and the property was just as we remembered. It is close to Main Street where we would do some shopping and eating, then come back to the amazing pool. The house was clean and had all the needed amenities. Highly recommend this property! Wonderful & Relaxing House

This was our first visit to Boerne and we were excited to stay here with all of the 5 star ratings. This house definitely lives up to the reviews! It is in an excellent location, close to everything you need. The house is beautiful, and the pool and outdoor space is amazing. We spent so much time relaxing in the pool. Hunter was great with communication and very nice to allow us an earlier check-in. Our family agreed that we will come back and visit again.
