The Graham Street House is a lovely open floor plan on a secluded, wooded street very close to Main Street Boerne. This home has all the modern amenities and is a brief, lovely walk to restaurants and shops. It has a private, tree-filled back yard and parking right out front.

Nice, Clean, and Comfortable

The owner, Hunter, was an excellent host. He was very nice and helpful. Terrific property that was super clean. The beds were very comfortable, too! Great experience! We will definitely be back!

Wedding Weekend

This property was truly amazing! It was our wedding weekend and we used it for our “base” and it was the perfect place for all the girls to get ready day of! We would absolutely stay here again!

Lovely house with pool

We were on a girls trip and loved floating in the pool every afternoon. A handrail at the pool would be helpful for older folks like us. The owner helped us quickly when we got locked out one day. The house is very nice. The kitchen is fabulous. We were pleased to find things we needed like detergent, spices, creamer etc. already there. The stairs are a little scary but we did OK.

Exceptional Property just as described

From first entry to leaving we were delighted with the property. Very clean, excellent equipment, good sized bedrooms all topped off with the excellent outside area and stunning pool. Location is great for an easy walk into Bourne.

Hill country retreat

Check-in was easy and the information was communicated before arrival. The property was extremely clean and smelling fresh. The house is stocked with everything you need, from trash bags to bags of ice. The owner is considerably gracious in providing many welcomed amentities. The pool area had a covered patio with ceiling fans, a grill, chairs and a love seat. The pool was well maintained and clean. Communication with the owner was met with speedy replies. 10/10. Great stay

Perfect place to stay

This house was fantastic! We traveled from Oregon to visit our daughter in Texas and this was the perfect place to stay. The home was nice and open and had everything we needed and the beds were absolutely comfortable! The pool was awesome. The weather was so hot while we visited and it was the perfect hang out place. The host checked in on us and was very helpful.

Fabulous Stay In Boerne!

The photos online do not do this gorgeous home justice! There is so much space and storage in the kitchen/pantry/laundry area! The inside of the home was spotless and so beautiful. The backyard was an absolute sanctuary! The pool and landscaping were simply fabulous! There is so much space in the outdoor area and the sense of privacy the vegetation creates is WONDERFUL!!! This was a girls' weekend get away and we can't WAIT to come back again! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us!!!

This home made our trip great. It was comfortable and very clean. Welcoming and so much fun with the pool. We’re into cooking and this kitchen had everything we needed. We’re so appreciative that Hunter makes this wonderfully located home available.

A quiet neighborhood, a tranquil backyard and a nicely appointed home made for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed strolling the short distance to downtown, cooking out on the grill and dining beside the pool.

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this property last summer. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time, we decided to come back. Hunter is a great host and the property was just as we remembered. It is close to Main Street where we would do some shopping and eating, then come back to the amazing pool. The house was clean and had all the needed amenities. Highly recommend this property! Amazing Property

This property was amazing… close to downtown; close to several places; and surprisingly quiet…my crew loved the space, the pool, it is a cute house… the BEDs were like sleeping on clouds… owner was very easy to work with and fast to reply!!! We will be back…

The property was very clean. It looks just like the photos. We enjoyed the pool between exploring the town and going to dinner. It’s well stocked with things essentials. Pretty quiet neighborhood.

We had a great time during our stay. It was super hot in Boerne the five days we were there and the shaded pool was a big hit in the evening. The beds were super comfy and the house very clean. Thank you again Hunter.

Nice open concept floor plan, great backyard

We enjoyed our stay. So much to do in the area. Hunter was a great host. The place was spacious, well stocked, and comfortable. We loved the pool and seating in the backyard.

Great place near Boerne

House was perfect for our “escape the cold” trip for my wife and I. The property was as described and the property owner was very response to questions. The pool and the outside amenities were great as well. Definitely recommend. One comment - if you want to swim in the spring/fall, ask to have the pool turned up the day before you come in. With a electronic heater, it takes a day to get the pool up to temperature.

Family gathering

After a long drive and arriving late in the evening the first night we found that Hunter had turned the lights on for us. The home is exactly as portrayed on the site. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. The location is great for walking to Main Street for shopping. There is a pool and cabana but due to the season and a packed weekend we did not try it out. Book this home for your stay and you will not be disappointed!

Awesome property!

We arrived early in Boerne and contacted the owner, Hunter, seeking permission to enter the property a few hours earlier than the stated check in. He graciously allowed us to do so. Arriving at the property, it's appearance is unique compared to adjoining properties. Upon entering the property, we were very pleased at the appearance and cleanliness. The pictures on VRBO accurately depict the beautiful layout of the interior. All amenities were present. The beds were comfortable. What is truly striking about the property is the backyard with the pool, patio and grounds. The landscaping is gorgeous and we were greeted with blooming shrubbery virtually alive with butterflies. We sat around the pool for a couple of hours and really enjoyed ourselves. The water was warm and inviting, but we ran short of time so didn't actually do any swimming. We totally enjoyed our short 2-3 day stay and would love to stay again if we have the pleasure of visiting Boerne again. The owner provided a notebook of the many restaurants and things to do in Boerne that was very helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at this property!

It was a nice location and an easy walk into town. Easy check in. It was stocked with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo (no conditioner) soap, garbage bags, laundry detergent. The pool was delightful. I would highly recommend this property!

Awesome place close to historic, downtown Boerne

This house is perfect. Nicely furnished and landscaped with a beautiful pool and covered patio area. The owner was very pleasant and quick to respond to any questions. Would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Boerne!

Nothing Short ofaway Perfect!!!

Well-appointed house with just enough added touches to give it that "home" feeling. The open floor plan encourages interaction without crowding and provides plenty of space for relaxing . The private pool area and yard are laid out perfectly. There is covered seating behind the surrounding pool safety fence where non-swimmers can relax while still keeping a watchful eye on the water as well as a basketball hoop for those with a competitive nature! A small table and chairs set in a shady section of the yard removed from the pool area provide a great spot for a quiet morning coffee. HEB, Walmart and Walgreens are a short drive away, and downtown Boerne is less than 1/2 mile away. Excellent location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to the highways. Wonderful! Thank you!!
