A charming home on a quiet street only six blocks from Main Street's shopping and restaurants. You can rest comfortably in a king or queen size bed and wake to enjoy the stocked coffee bar. If this is a working vacation, you will love the workspace and high speed wifi. While we're minutes away from River Road and its many dining options, you may decide to stay in and use the full kitchen. Either way you'll love relaxing on the large patio under the party lights. Dog friendly home.

Great Stay!

Our family very much enjoyed our stay in Boerne and in the Buffalo Haus! Charming, comfortable and well located — only minutes from the city center. Highly recommend!

Short getaway

Property is in a very quiet neighborhood. The home itself was perfect for my wife and me, and also our two fur babies. Natalie is a great host, who made us feel very welcomed and at home.

Wedding stay

Very cute cottage! Our family stayed here for a wedding weekend in San Antonio. The house was spotless and had everything we needed down to the dog treats. Beds were extremely comfortable and a nice sound machine helped for a great night of rest each day!We will definitely return next time we visit family in San Antonio! Boerne is such a quaint town!

Perfect Boerne Location

The location was amazing. We came during the eclipse and it was nice being able to walk downtown (about a 15 minute walk). The owners have done a great job making this place comfortable and welcoming.

Cleanest VRBO!

This is the cleanest and cutest VRBO. We have stayed here multiple times and it has been five stars each time. The house is in a prime Boerne location and has a perfect, secure backyard for your doggies. We will be back soon!

Perfect weekend hauss in Boerne

We were in town for a wedding and this home was a perfect spot. The home had everything we needed including coffee and creamer! We loved that the home was close enough to walk to Boerne (1/2 mile tops and pretty walk) and we even got a nice cool front! Thank you! 😍

Excellent space, close to everything!

We loved our stay at Buffalo Haus. We own a short term rental and frequently stay at them, and this was one of the best. Clean, close to town, looks better than pictures, and the owners have thought of everything you could need…and then some. We had plenty of space for our family of 4. We will definitely return!

Adorable house & Perfect location

My family & I had a lovely time at the Buffalo Haus! The house is adorable, comfortable, stocked with everything we needed and the location is perfect. Walking distance to many places to eat & shop. The backyard is great and very large, we did not get to use it because of the Texas heat, but I can imagine its a fantastic place to hang out in the Fall, Winter & Spring. Will come back for sure!!!

Very clean house in prime

This picturesque house was perfect for our spring break vacation. We were even able to bring our dog, who enjoyed the large fenced backyard. The house was absolutely spotless. A perfect 10!

Quiet, wonderful

We stayed at this cute little house while in town for a wedding. It was perfect! There was six of us (including two kids and a dog) and there was plenty of room. One of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed. Communication with the owners beforehand was quick and easy. Everything was so great during our stay we didn’t need anything, but I feel confident that they’d have taken care of it if we had! Would definitely stay here again!

Our Girls Trip to see family was great!!!!

Fantastic!!! The property was exactly as described. Really loved the fact that the house was so clean!!! We will definitely stay here again. Close to downtown. The barking dog next door was annoying but that’s life in a small town (haha). All of the creature comforts were provided with the house and we (4 girls) were all pleased. Thank you for hosting our trip.

Girls bday trip

My friends and I celebrated a birthday. There are 6 of us, 40-ish range and we love to go places for a couple nights together to get away from it all. This home was so charming when we pulled up! Love the front porch swing and that there's plenty of parking. Inside the decor was funky and cool, including funny books everywhere! The details were really thought out. The utensils were gold, dishes were cute, even the lion bottle opener was adorable. In terms of location, close enough to walk to Dodging Duck and Little Gretel. Downtown was just a few minutes to drive. We had a really nice quiet couple days and would def recommend this place to friends! The owners were very responsive as well! Thank you for everything!

The Best

I had to book Buffalo Haus for two of our upcoming trips to Boerne before I could leave this review. This property is the best and the hosts are even better. We were in Boerne for Christmas weekend to see family in both Kerrville and San Antonio, so the perfect in between spot. The Haus could not have been better or more comfortable. All amenities you will need, including a great backyard for your pup(s) to run in, are here. We brought our 1 year old Boston Terrier and she loved running in the backyard and we enjoyed taking her for walks on River Road. The town is walkable with a great breakfast spot - Little Gretel - along with bars and the town shops not too far away. The bed and kitchen were all we could have asked for - note, it's hard to find a king bed for some reason - this is a king! and the guest room is great as well. We stay in VRBOs all the time, and this is at the top of our list. Thanks Natalie and Jenni for a great trip!! And for the amazing gift box of goodies you left us for Christmas. We are looking forward to our trips in May and June. :) ~ Kristyn
