Nice space!

Condo is clean and very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Lots of towels. Love that each bedroom has its own bath. Perfect for our family to gather in while we were in town for a family funeral. Owners were very responsive and accommodating.

Family Reunion

We needed a place in Knoxville close to family that would be easy for our 85 year old aunt with Parkinson’s to navigate. This home was perfect for the 6 of us in so many ways.

Good first night, HOT the second night.

We enjoyed our day, but the second night the HVAC wasn't working upstairs or downstairs.An offer was made for us to move to a nearby unit, but it was nearly 10pm and not practical or convenient for us to move at that late hour.Brenda did a good job communicating with us. The owner however, was not willing to call a service company to check it out-and after we left was not very flexible in offering an acceptable adjustment, but finally did with Brenda's help.

Four bathrooms!!

Everything was awesome. We had 9 adults and each bedroom had a bath atrach, which made everthing easy. The kitchen is much better stocked than i expected, so next time i will plan to cook in

Family reunion get together!

We had a great time at this home our extended family is centrally located in Knoxville, I booked this home for my husband and I and my parents, sister and kid and daughter in law and kids. It was the perfect lay out for our family and the beds were sooo comfortable. We truly enjoyed our visit, it was an amazing layout! The kids had fun playing in the living room and we all had our own areas still. It was well stocked. We had a great time for sure! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We hope we get to visit the area in the future and we will definitely book your place!

Great for families

This was the perfect place for us to be together while visiting a family member in the UT Medical Center. Reserving was easy, even on short notice. The house was quiet, clean and comfortable and everything we needed.

VRBO rental was clean and OK stocked. Well laid out and roomy. Did have issues with master suite shower floor - cracked, rotten, very slippery and dangerous. Reached out to host through app, did not hear back - finally texted and got reply. Voiced my concern not really happy with reply - Communication and customer service skills could be improved.

Such a great place!

This home has everything one would need for their stay in the Knoxville area. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you would need. Communication with the owners was excellent. Thank you for allowing us to stay and spend time with our family!

Loved this! Close to town but not in the thick of it

We really love this place. Very clean. It is a short drive into the main part of town but not in the thick of all the Knoxville noise and traffic. We will definitely stay here again for the next trip up to Knoxville!

Family gathering

Unfortunately, we need a place to stay while we attended our cousin's funeral in Knoxville. The facility was much better than staying in a hotel because there were 2 senior citizens that would have problems getting around. this facility was very convenient for all our needs. The location was in the vicinity of our event, and the drive there and back was nice. All of the amenities were appropriate, and the place was roomy. We all agree that recommendation of this facility is highly recommended.

Clean, comfy haven!

We stayed in the condo for a softball tournament and the house was perfect. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths was exactly what we needed. Clean and comfy!

Terry and Brenda, are retired but still sell real-estate. Terry still builds a house or two a year. Brenda is an artist and writer and enjoys backpacking, tennis and gardening. Terry likes to boat, fish and they both enjoy traveling. We love meeting people.
