Beautiful Boutique New Orleans Loft House, historically renovated in the heart of the Central Business District. This spacious downtown loft features 200 year old exposed brick, original hardwood ceilings & a 400 sq ft private balcony. Come live easy on Magazine Street just one block from the world famous Canal Street & French Quarter Landmarks nearby are the Convention Center, Bourbon Street, Frenchmen Street, Harrahs Casino. The owners are local, check us out we would love to have you!

We get our towels from a linen company. Sometimes the towels might have blotches (i.e., bleach stains, burn marks, or tears). Our housekeeping does their best to ensure there are no hairs in the towels, but if one is found, it's likely from our housekeeping staff. We strive for this to never happen. If you're not satisfied with the linens, please let us know and we’ll gladly swap them out for you. Please make sure to book for the correct number of guests, as linens are prepared accordingly.

Amazing Apartment

We stayed here for my son's 21st birthday. We are New Orleans regulars but this is my child's first time being 100% legal in the quarter. The beds are comfy, theres a couch with trundle bed and an air matress. The balcony is peaceful and RIGHT ABOVE RUBY SLIPPER!

Lovely Stay

Our family of 6 had a great time in New Orleans. The studio apartment was perfect for our family. We were able to easily access Canal Street and the French Quarter. We will definitely be back and will stay longer next time.

Perfect location and mobility scooter accessible

Great location. Was exactly as advertized. My husband has mobility probles and drives a mobility scooter. It was easy access from the street to inside the apartment. It was great

French quarter delight

Loved our stay. The only problem was a terribly squeaky bed & the toilet would need fiddling with to flush occasionally.

Amazing and beautiful location

The place was beautiful and very spacious. The balcony was lovely to have some coffee on in the morning before starting the day. Everything was in easy walking distance. Since you are so close to everything the street noise can be loud sometimes so be prepared for that. The host was so amazing at communicating it made it very easy to check in and out.

Great location

This property is in a great location. French Quarter, Caesars Superdome, and excellent shopping all within walking distance. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to enjoy the French Quarter without the noise. The host was very helpful and the property was clean. Having a balcony is an added bonus.

Clean and easy to get to

We had a great time! Genesis was easy to communicate with and gave great instructions. The apartment was clean and the balcony had a great view. We hope to stay here again sometime.

Great Location for Downtown New Orleans

Unique place to stay and close to French Quarter and great places to eat. A bit noisy from the many people and traffic on the street below on Friday night that we stayed. Also difficult for my wife to access the balcony.

Amazing room

The loft was beautiful and amazing. HUGE room with plenty of space to spread out. It has access to a balcony. Its located right off magazine and canal just minutes away from the quarter. Everything is walkable and plenty of stuff to do. The only issues i did have was that there was construction early morning outside the loft the time we were there. I would gladly stay here again and Genesis is an amazing host who is very easy to get in contact with. 11/10 would recommend.

Beautiful space with a great location

Starting with the room...spacious and beautiful. The beds were super comfy, the AC and ceiling fans kept the space cool and the humidity down. The balcony was great for people watching and enjoying an evening drink. The kitchen was stocked with the hbasics

It was ideal for an amazing time in NOLA with friends! It was everything we wanted close to all attractions, but not overcrowded or loud, place was nice and clean, just what we needed!

A Fine Way to Pass a Hurricane

This historical building was our haven during the single hurricane of the summer. I was worried that the room was going to be loud, but those huge shutters do their job and we got great sleep. Beautiful room that really set the tone for our first trip to New Orleans. Really enjoyed it.

Too noisy and old building

Overall we did not have a good experience. The building is very old and we did not have hot water in the shower. We saw a mice in the room and were grossed out and had to throw our food. We could not sleep both nights as the windows have no insulation and all outside noise was coming in and it was way too noisy. So while the proximity to French Qaurters is there this was NOT a comfortable stay or worth the money. When complained about above to management I was told they will give partial refund but they are not following up at all.

Short Family Getaway

We wanted a quick trip to NOLA for food, adventure, and fun. This location was perfect for the city. It was just a couple of blocks off Canal Street. I parked and walked everywhere we wanted to go. The parking lot was close but open air. There is a pay to park garage a block up on Gravier. The room was fabulously large. Plenty of space for all of us. Very clean. Will stay here again. The host is very accommodating and responsive.

just an overnight stay

We weren't told that the balcony was split, we didn't have any chairs for our balcony because the next door took them all. They were entirely too loud and very rude about the fact that they took our balcony stuff. Bathroom has a leak from the upstairs bathroom.

Taste of Louisiana

Nothing but good things to say. Everything from checkin to checkout was quick and very well described. If there was a question then there was a quick response. We booked this due to the rooftop and the closeness to bourbon and multiple other Louisiana staples. Didn’t disappoint on any front. Do it.
