All of the sink fixtures were dirty. The coffee maker had old moldy grounds in it. The sofa had a lot of crackers under the cushion. The custom light in the upstairs toilet/shower was burned out. The light issue was mentioned to the cleaner. He said he would call someone to fix it. Didn't happen. The furnishings definitely need updating.

Our vacation was amazing! The place was even better than we expected — super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The AC worked great, and the view from the patio was just beautiful. The beach is right across the street and honestly one of the best around. We already know where we’ll stay next time — we loved it!

Great location. Right across the road from the beach and near lots of great shops. The condo had everything we needed and we loved our time there.

Perfect Stay in Kihei!

Everything about this property is great! Better than the listing shows. The location is so incredible. Plenty of space for everyone and the views from the lanais are amazing. Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect spot for a family

Wonderful space for a family, parents and two adult children. Location across from beach and parking at the door were perfect. We also used the tennis/pickleball court and pool. Hope to visit again - would definitely stay there again!

A family gem

Our 9 day stay was great. Property is as described, beautiful views and a roomy interior. We used the kitchen daily as well as the beach chairs, sand toys and the rest. We would definitely recommend to all our family and friends as well as stay here again.

Check was simple and easy. Kitchen was wonderful. Only reason it 4 stars instead 5 is that the living room furniture is uncomfortable and outdated. Also ants were everywhere. Plus all the exciting of a tsunami warning.

Great location.

The place is great and in a nice location. For future visitors. Make sure to contact the local Rep who’s phone number is communicated in the beginning. Don’t use the booking platform as it might take some time to get feedback. Once communication was established everything was nice.

All in all, it was a positive experience.Pros: Roomy, clean, coveniently located. Well equipped with household essentials. Nice backyard, landscaping a plus. Good to have parking right outside the door.Cons: Very dated and worn decor. Garbage disposal did not work. Upstairs front bedroom internet and TV never did connect but the back bedroom worked. Living room TV was a challenge everyday to get to local channels but it did connect. Street noise may be an issue for some, we kept slider closed for the AC.

Great Location

This property is at a Great Location. Right across the street from the beach and close to shops and restaurants. However, the owner Tyler would not respond to any of my messages prior to booking or after booking. Very frustrating. If not for the fact that we were with a large group staying at this resort I would of cancelled. There were bugs throughout the kitchen during our entire stay and even after spraying and wiping down the counters they never went away. I understand this owner owns 3 other units at this resort and I would NEVER rent from him again

Great for families

The house was perfect for a family, with pool and tennis court. The beach on the other side of the street (with a pedestrian passage). Clean and comfortable. We were there for 9 days. Only little downside is when we tried to contact the owner as we only had supplies for a few days (dish washing pods, washing machine pods, toilet paper), we never got an answer. The office also tried to contact them for us. We used the same number they used to text us a few days earlier, the one noted in the house and at the office. The texts were read... When we finally left, the owner wrote me an e-mail saying I was probably confused with all the numbers. I sent him a screenshot of the texts, to which he never answered. Oh well. We had a great time anyways.

Start with the good. Location is excellent! Beach accessories were great. Condo has air conditioning & good beds. Check in was not good. We were given the wrong entry code, which didn’t come from the owner until 10:34 pm that night. Luckily we managed to contact the caretaker who gave us his entry code. He was the only one that replied to my multiple texts. Worse:The upstairs bathroom was leaking into the kitchen! First call I was argued with that we were getting the floor wet getting out of the shower. Stated this was a reoccurring problem. Reoccurring was obvious by previous visible damage on the ceiling. Next day was worse! Said a maintenance man was sent. No sign of him and nothing changed. We then realized it was the toilet leaking into the kitchen & a water sensor beeping. An entirely worse level! . Someone came and cut the ceiling out. Leaving an open hole. The fix if any was very temporary and worsened by the end of our week. We had to keep towels on the kitchen tiled floor so the baby didn’t slip and fall. One baby only crawling. A lot to deal with! No other units available. Half bath inside the condo was very dirty. Tiled steps were quite steep & dangerous. Need rubber treads put on. The living room furniture is many years past its prime. I would guess an early 90s pit group. Broken down, uncomfortable, not even connected together. This was almost worse than the leaking toilet stool. Repairs and upgrades could make this an excellent condo. Refund deserved!

Nice location

Definitely recommend this place . Beautiful area. Condo accommodated me and my family. The only downfall is the property management can take a while to reply. They don’t pick up any calls. Can take them a couple days to reply to an email. But other than that definitely recommend.

The Maui Stay

Place was great. Pictures need updating in the website. Better than it shows! There is a 65 TV and real washer/dryer setup! Perfect place to walk for ‘everything’ Had a question…and the hosts helped me immediately - and it was not an issue about the place, but a check in question. I liked the timer on the hvac equipment! Looking fwd to coming back. The road noise….was acrually nice too. Slow traffic and when you need to cross the road - everyone stops! Bring a lifted Tacoma….seems to be the home vehicle …. Funny.

Amazing location!

If you like the combo of city life and serenity of the beach this is definitely the spot. We enjoyed the convenience of the stores and shops around us and the sounds and smells of the ocean air. The condo is so cozy and has all the amenities of home. We would definitely book this property again.

Wonderful view & location

This townhome has a beautiful backyard - the private grassy area was fun for my kids & the plants & flowers were so pretty to sit out on the lanai & enjoy while embracing the stunning view of the ocean. The beds were comfortable which is important for us. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed for daily use. Having beach chairs, boogie boards & beach towels was awesome. The pool was very close to the unit & was so much fun for the kids. As other reviewers have mentioned: the older folks in the community complained a bit about the kids splashing & having fun. But we didn’t let that ruin our time. Walking across the street every morning when the sun came up was amazing! (Despite the storm really messing up the Kam beaches which were across the street) but we drove south (only 15 minutes) & found several beautiful beaches not affected as much. There were many places to eat nearby - Fred’s for breakfast & coconuts for lunch were both yummy. We didn’t get to do the road to Hana due to the storm messing with the roads but we went to different beach areas daily. We went to a black sand beach only 15 minutes away - Oneuli was beautiful. We drove to Hookipa beach to see some sea turtles. We drove up Haleakala that was a scary but amazing view. The only negative we had was that the AC on the main floor was not working. (Each upstairs bedroom has their own AC unit working properly) That was really hard for my family who doesn’t do well in the heat & it got pretty hot in there. Especially when we had to use the oven to cook. It did put a little damper on our stay for the rare moments we were hanging at the unit. The owner was apologetic & did offer us a refund which was helpful. But, I think it’s important for people to know since if they’re anything like us & “need” AC & spent hours & days looking for a unit that meets their needs, you might be disappointed. We left both the front & back doors open with a fan on each side but didn’t really get the breeze that was outside. My daughter slept on the sofa bed a few nights & had a hard time. That was truly the only Negative, but I think it’s a big one. With that being said, I’d definitely stay there again - if the AC was fixed.

Just as advertised!

Great location, super clean. Convenient for walking to great restaurants. Oceanfront views were amazing at all times but especially at sunset. The AC was greatly appreciated and worked flawlessly. Beds were comfortable. Well supplied kitchen. Beach chairs and towels were awesome. Would recommend this condo to friends and family and would definitely stay here again.
