Search for home base

Our travels took us to the area to begin our search for a potential new home base. The property was exactly as described. It was a great location which was quiet yet we were very close to lots of shopping and restaurants. If you are looking for something that is outside of the hustle and bustle of Nashville proper this is the spot.

Great stay

This is a very nice property. We stayed for 2 weeks. We had everything we needed. The townhouse is very well outfitted. It was pleasant to look at, comfortable, and clean. The owner has very good communication. The property is well maintained, and the furnishings were in good repair. We were very pleased with our visit. Thank you!

Weekend getaway

Location is conveniently close to downtown Nashville and Franklin TN. The townhouse was stocked with anything a traveler might need. Spacious kitchen. Plenty of room. We love that they accepted our two small dogs. We would stay there again.

Weekend trip

This place was very nice and comfortable to stay at for our weekend trip. Myself and 2 boys came for a quick birthday trip. The house was clean and actually has 1.5 bathrooms. There are pleanty of accommodations and extras. It is quite and easy to get to anywhere in Nashville. We went hiking, downtown and 12 south. The owner was very accommodating and communicated well.

Great weekend

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this place. We brought our small wiener dogs and they had a wonderful time. Very clean. About 20 minutes from most places in Nashville. Thanks for your place!

The ONLY complaint could be a positive for others…the mattresses are very firm. We are older and like softer matresses.

The property is older but nice and has thoughtful extras available to make your visit a pleasant one.. The property owner is very responsive if you need to reach out to them.

Did not meet expectations

I had a terrible experience staying at this townhome and cannot recommend it to anyone searching for accommodation. The property was in fair condition, and my stay was plagued by numerous issues that made my time there far from enjoyable. When I walked in the unit, it smelled like wet dog. I stay in other units that allow dogs and it smells like Pine-sol when I walk in. In addition, there were wads of hair under the bathroom sink. This made me think that the cleaning before my arrival was sub-par. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was rusted entirely, which was unsightly and indicated that the homeowner didn't care much about maintaining the property in good condition. Furthermore, spackled unfinished walls in the bathroom made the interior environment of the home look shoddy and unkempt. It appears vital repairs were never addressed, and the poor upkeep of the property left me feeling uncomfortable and anxious. I only rent VRBOs that allow pets, and this unit did allow pets. After my stay, the owner wanted to charge significant additional fees. I only used one bedroom during my dog was kenneled. The bedroom had see-through curtains that did not obscure the outside view of the rooms. The beds were not comfortable; in fact, I had to leave a day early because my neck hurt so much from sleeping in the beds. I strongly suggest that anyone looking for a place to look elsewhere.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was very cozy and clean. Everything was exactly as described. We will be staying here again. Loved the location just outside of downtown. Quiet neighborhood and close to local grocery stores and restaurants with quick access to the interstate.

Stayed while our home was being repaired

This home was perfect for our little family and very close to the One Bellevue shopping center. It was also very convenient to have a fenced dog run for our pups. Amber was very kind and attentive, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place!

We stayed here for girls weekend, and it was perfect. It was a short 20-25 minute Uber ride from downtown and all the other places we went, and there were plenty of good places to have a late dinner and drinks nearby. The neighborhood was super quiet, and the accommodations were great!

Relaxing and convenient

The townhouse is located in beautiful Bellevue! It’s about 20min from Nashville which we typically got a Lyft to and from! We actually got there about 20min early and the owner let us start unpacking the car while finishing up! It has a all the stocked amenities and more! The townhouse is cozy and we stayed in master bedroom, the bed was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on!! Thank you for the lovely 4 nights!

Incredibly warm and inviting home

This property is tucked away yet very accessible from the main road. It was super clean and cozy. It truly felt like our "home". It had all the amenities that you need to be comfortable. Our host thought of absolutely everything and then some. Thank you for making our visit to Nashville all the more enjoyable.
