Needs work

Situated in a great neighborhood but this property appears very sketchy from outside. Inside is clean but so outdated and needs so much work the feel is scary vs comfortable. It's sad because it has much potential. I had hoped to rent this again as it is convenient to family. I will not only not rent again / I would not recommend it to anyone.

Weekend trip in Nashville

Located in a nice neighborhood and close to downtown. Communication with property manager was easy and she gets back quickly with any questions we had.

Host was very good and easy to work with. Interior of home was small but clean. Exterior needs some attention, especially as that is the first impression and we all got nervous.

Quick trip- great accommodations

Easy check in, responsive host. We took a quick trip to Nashville and stayed for one night. Quick Uber to Broadway. Great location.

Best place to be in Nashville.

This property was perfect!! We loved the location, price, and our host loved on our grad kids!!! Rhonda is the best!! Her place is awesome!! I’ll nook there again for sure!!!

Comfortable and convenient

Great place for our family for a weekend in Nashville. Lovely quiet neighborhood and Rhonda was very responsive. Just a short Uber drive to everywhere we wanted to go.

Perfect weekend stay

Rhonda's place was great for our girls get away weekend!! This neighborhood is so peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, which made our stay that much better! We enjoyed the activities that were close. Rhonda has a very clean and upkept place. We recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Nashville!

Perfect quiet location

We traveled to Nashville for a reunion trip with friends and a concert. This duplex was perfect for our needs - spacious, clean, great kitchen even though we didn't need to prepare food while we were there. Beds were comfy and we all rested well. Thanks so much for a stress free stay!

Nashville treasure

A girlfriend and I spent Four nights at this wonderful property. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. Bus stop is handy. Rhonda the owner who lives next door was more than accommodating and delightful. I would highly recommend this property!!!

Great location ! We were 5 min from our event. The owner was there to greet me, she was next door. Easy process to get in and get out. Very safe neighborhood in Nashville

Very Pleasant

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location and the host was amazing. One of the evening we were there she sat and talked with us. It was so much fun. The place was very nice and also very clean. I would recommend it to anyone. And if we ever do get back there I will definitely love to stay there again.
