Great place at a great price!

My husband myself, and two other couples that are good freinds rented this cozy, beautiful, clean, well located home for my birthday last weekend. There was a venue near by in nashville we all attended for my birthday! The home.was just perfect for us all very cozy, and clean. We were all very pleased..

Nice duplex, close to downtown

Property was very clean and nice. Had everything we needed. Not far from downtown. Only complaint I’d have is the neighbor next door leaving their dog tied outside and it barking in the middle of the night like at 12:00am or later. Woke me up every night.

Nice spot to relax after a day on Broadway

Great spot to stay. Short uber away from the action of downtown Nashville. Having coffee pods and all the additions were very welcome in the morning after a late flight in the night before. Plenty of dishes and towels available for our four night stay. The couches were very comfortable. Great communication from the owners as well.

Awesome stay

This place was in a great location, quiet and peaceful but a quick drive to downtown! Place was clean & the host was awesome - even put out little snacks, mints and water bottles for us. Would recommend and stay again!

Our weekend getaway

We enjoyed our weekend stay, it was very clean and not too far away from downtown. Good location we had no trouble getting an Uber to go anywhere.

We had an amazing stay at the townhouse. It was a very quiet neighborhood with plenty of space and had everything we needed for our girls trip.

Perfect stay for a nashville getaway

Place was clean and host was very easy to work with. Less than a 10 minute Uber ride to Broadway. Would absolutely stay again.

Enjoyable Visit

The property matched the description. We were able to easily get around Nashville from where we were. The listing offered plenty of amenities which was helpful. The neighbors were nice. All in all my family enjoyed the visit and it made a fun trip to Nashville even better.

Quick trip!

We were in town for one night for a concert at Nissian Stadium! Great location for a uber and late night pizza delivery! Lovely townhouse as expected! Beds were also super comfortable! Would stay again!
