Nice spot to relax after a day on Broadway

Great spot to stay. Short uber away from the action of downtown Nashville. Having coffee pods and all the additions were very welcome in the morning after a late flight in the night before. Plenty of dishes and towels available for our four night stay. The couches were very comfortable. Great communication from the owners as well.

Enjoyable Visit

The property matched the description. We were able to easily get around Nashville from where we were. The listing offered plenty of amenities which was helpful. The neighbors were nice. All in all my family enjoyed the visit and it made a fun trip to Nashville even better.

Mom's Dream Trip

I took my mom and adult daughter on a vacation to Nashville, Tenn. We had an amazing time, the property was perfect for us, Clean and had nice furniture that was comfortable Mom was comfortable, this was important to me. I knew in a hotel she wouldn't have been. The neighborhood was nice and we met some friendly neighbors (Wilma) was a hoot! We visited with her one night. The place was just what we wanted and it was nice getting to sit out back in the evenings while others were enjoying the tv. It was an easy 10-15 minute drive into the city center where we spent the days. Thank you for helping me make moms dream trip happen. Would highly recommend this place!!! Jane

Concert bound

Long girls weekend to attend concert and explore downtown Nashville. Property was as listed. Nice neighborhood. Would stay there again. Beds were a little hard. That is really the only complaint I have.

Nashville Soccer Weekend

I stayed at this location with my two brothers and sister-in-law for a weekend in Nashville to watch Nashville SC. This property was wonderful! It was one of the cleanest VRBOs I have ever stayed at. The rooms were comfortable, the furniture was in great condition, and the Wi-Fi and TV worked well. I would 100% stay at this location again and highly recommend it to others looking for a place to stay in Nashville.

Erroneous info on listing

The listing advertised "sleeps 6". No way. We had to put one person on a very uncomfortable couch. No hideabed existed. The location was great. Expectations for cleanup for the guests was unreasonable. Renovations were very poorly done.

Nice Accommodations

We enjoyed our stay, only a couple of things that are worth mentioning. It seems the property sleeps 4 in actual beds. However, there is a recliner couch that is super comfy. Also, the master bedroom mattress was a bit soft for our liking, and it can get quite warm upstairs. All in all, we really enjoyed the townhome and it's location. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Nice Condo

Overall, the condo was nice. It was clean, comfortable and quiet. It was near a nice park that my husband and I were able to walk to but beyond that you would need a car/ Uber to get around. Nothing is really within walking distance. Short drive to downtown Nashville maybe 10 minutes or so and 15-20 minutes to Grand Old Opry. Only downside was the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable to sleep on unless you found the right spot. Host was nice and checked in while we were there.

Convenient and Clean

We came for a couples weekend in downtown Nashville. This home is close enough for an Uber or a short drive in your own vehicle. It was clean and well stocked with items.

Quick trip!

We were in town for one night for a concert at Nissian Stadium! Great location for a uber and late night pizza delivery! Lovely townhouse as expected! Beds were also super comfortable! Would stay again!

Super cute townhouse in a great location! Everything was great, except the beds weren’t the most comfortable. Other than that it was extremely clean and well stocked with anything you would need!

Get away trip to Nashville

We enjoyed our time in Nashville. This place was close to town, and was clean, with just the right amount of space for us. Unfortunately the beds were not very comfortable, the handrail going up the stairs is not secure on the wall...it came off when my husband was holding it while going up the stairs. Also the wifi was not working with the tv's half the time. If they fix these things, it would be a great place to stay.

Weekend Getaway

My husband and I along with my cousin and her husband stayed here for a comedy show in Nashville. The place was very nice and clean and look exactly like the pictures. Our only complaint is that the TV's didn't work. Other than that the host was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect!

My husband and I and another couple came down for a Titans game. We all felt the place was perfect, clean, and the neighborhood feels very safe. We would stay here again. Highly recommend.
